    So as a minority investor in Celtic Plc what should I expect ?

     

     

    you an call me a shareholder or a supporter but the fact of the matter is I am the same as Dermot Desmond, I invested funds into the Celtic Plc.

     

    The quantum of funds is irrelevant, I am an investor.

     

    Fraud has been proven to have impeded the the return on my investment, yet the executive of the Plc who are responsible to protect my historical and current interests are not performing.

     

    How do I address this?

     

    Over the last 5 years I have been involved in numerous meetings with board representation that has demonstrated to me that my shareholding is inconsequential, recently a contentious meeting was held with a representative of a supporters organisation that was deemed important enough to command the attention of the Celtic Plc CEO no less. 5 years of meetings regarding the fraud surrounding Res12 and the CEO has turned up for two meetings, the kick-off meeting and the open forum organised by people who previously refused to get involved.

     

    As a minority shareholder from a capitalist perspective, cause we know what more than a club means.

     

    My shares are under performing, irrespective of what we are told as an organisation strategy to improve the health of the club, I have expectations of how the Plc can perform to increase the value of my shareholding. While it is encouraging that the share price has increased over the last six years. I must raise my concern that fraudulent activity has proliferated in the market we are forced to operate without any resistance from those charged to protect our interests, its almost like the professional associations to which our representatives are aligned, don’t have ethical compliance codes, fraud is ok, just don’t report it. Each and every professional body has a code of ethics/conduct. Our executive appear to be working outside that set of standards yet they have no problem imposing their code of conduct on supporters.

     

    This Celtic Plc executive have been handed insurmountable and unquestionable evidence relating to Res12 that proves fraudulent activity, yet they expose minority shareholders to the danger of representing corporate responsibility.

     

    In the next few week I will be issuing a Censure Resolution demanding investigation into the conduct of the current Celtic Plc executive with respect to their apparent lack of equity regarding shareholder evaluation, it is not the non-executives job to fall into line, it is their job to question every decision. That has failed to happen with the Celtic Plc and investigation is required to find out why. The market we operate is fraudulent, there is evidence to prove that claim and it is with the Plc, there are legal and moral obligations that are associated with professional integrity. Since 2014 these ethical requirements do not apply to the Celtic Plc executive. This is not a matter of opinion.

    Maybe Moussa has shone the light on the “real” Brendan, the Brendan who carried out his pied piper routine, for £45 k a week of Celtic supporters money, to lead the happy clapping supporters into the PLC’s £49 same club trap, buying tickets for the Old Firm games, against a new club, and getting the PLC off the hook of dealing with the same club issue, now Brendan is trying to pull Fergus’s 3 amigo trick with Moussa!

    You should expect transparency and integrity from our custodians. Nothing more and nothing less.

     

     

    I think you will find there is quite a number of shareholders patiently waiting for the Board to do what is right by Resolution 12 and I am one of them.

     

     

    That patience will not last forever.

     

     

    If they fail to do what justice demands then men and women of integrity will take up the challenge and do whatever is necessary to see justice done. Of that I am certain

    No offence to any resolution 12 rebels, only thing is, it’ll probably take £49 Rangers FC to win the league, before any, or a considerable number of main stream Celtic supporters put they’re shoulders to the wheel of the res12 campaign.

     

    The Celtic Trust and Celtic supporters association should be putting their considerable clout behind any moves, and I’m sorry but, I still find it strange that, when Hamiltontim was asked when he’d be lobbying his comrades at the Celtic Trust etc, to lend their shoulder’s to the wheel, HT disappeared from these pages ?

     

    Very strange ?

     

    I do remember the circling of the wagons on here the last time I asked, which seemed suspicious, I know there was an assortment of fires being kenneled to chuck me into at the time, and I have to say, when the response is, sweep, sweep, sweep, well that doesn’t bode well.

     

    The only way it seems that to get anything done from the Celtic hierarchy, is to hit them were it hurts, but for that to happen, it would take something like a boot in the haw maws from Steven Gerrard’s £49 Rangers FC.

    The manager has no replacement ; it will take Lawwell a year to get the 5th choice target.

    So much drama. Negatrons and Bed Wetters I am sorry for your loss. At least you can watch the sevco open top bus parade when they return from Rus.

     

     

    Celtic should have strengthened this transfer window and didn’t. Fail.

     

     

    We may lose two of our more recent hoops to the mighty dollar, nothing new here. Taken together the worst case scenario is that we are left with hoops who wear the crest with pride and who have won back to back trebles. Big MD is awesome when he is not in treatment and although Boyato has his bombscare momentsi hope he stays. Focusing on these two players, in my opinion, disrespects the rest of the squad. With it without them we will show Sevie G and zombies that they will be forever in our shadow. Hail Hail.

    So Moussa calls out BR on Twitter for not keeping to his word – calls him a “nothing”.

     

    MD has always been positive towards Celtic on social media, never even hinted he wanted to leave.

     

    Until now.

     

    I think that is the end of that relationship. It will also cloud the views of Ntcham and Edouard who are his best buddies and expecting to follow the same path to riches.

     

     

    Last night I liked the idea of him staying until January only because it gives the board breathing space to find a replacement. Now I think he has to be sold today.

     

    A sullen, injury prone striker sowing disharmony is not going to do us any favours.

    Sutton saw his and said that MD was calling out BR. MD “liked” Sutton’s observation.

     

    Later in the night MD tweeted:

    And followed that up with:

     

    “Don’t get it wrong Bhoys and Ghirls nothing to do with people who really care about the club @CelticFC ?too much love and respect for you and the crest #CarefulWhoYouCallTheLeaderOfYours”.

     

    Some are now interpreting that as a dig at PL.

     

    Strange one, because PL is surely the one person willing to sell him and it’s BR who is blocking the sale as there is no replacement.

     

    First rule of business should be don’t take grievances onto social media.

    Lawwell is blocking the sale as he is failing to deliver his part in the chain. Lawwell would happily sell without a replacement. Brendan will sanction sale as long as Lawwell delivers target.

     

     

    My interpretation was it was directed at Lawwell. Brendan will have made it clear to Moussa where the failure has been.

    Hill 16 – I could see it that way too but why did he give Sutton a thumbs up for saying it was directed at Brendan? Looks to me like the later tweet is aimed at PL and back tracking on the first one.

     

    Anyway, just speculation and I should know better.

     

    One thing for sure though is he is expecting an agreement to be honoured to let him leave.

    Never ceases to amaze me the amount of people who have an “in” on the machinations of what happens regarding dealings with players and transfers at our club. There are so many “moles” at Celtic Park, the new pitch must be under seriois threat.

     

    It’s either that, or people come on here and spout “opinions” which are presented as gospel, but very few actually have any credence whatsoever, and their scenarios exist only in their own minds.. Absolute guff. Everyone has the right to express their views here, but I find it an insult to the intelligence of those on here when I’m constantly assaulted by the views of people who really should have their keyboards taken away from them.

     

    This doesn’t apply to all “mineshafters”, many of whom post without treating us like kids who should know better., and who have my respect.

     

    As someone else said, whose views I also respect, some people need to take a look in the mirror and ask themselves what they see looking back at them.

     

    Celtic fans ? Questionable at best. Just because you wear the hoops, doesn’t mean you can’t still be a hun.

    Cryptic tweet from Moussa, taking a swipe at either Brendan or Lawwell. Not good. Reading between the lines, looks like he was promised a move after two years but Club has rejected the move. Sincerely hope his jab is at Lawwell and not Brendan. He shouldn’t be going public anyway, another PR feck up. Trouble is when players see the Manager go public they will do likewise.
