Outside the SP we offer nothing up front. We need a striker who can convert chances. Our finishing is woeful and has been for a while.
At the end of our CL campaign I said to my son – Kyogo has no chance of going to the World Cup. When he was excluded, I kept seeing comments like ‘Japan must have some strike force’. I just thought – Did these guys actually watch our CL games?
Please God we score one at least.

One penaltyI have seen Hart go the right way,and it was a trundler.Every other time he has dived the wrong way,spectacularly.6 foot 4,fekin stay big.

i didnt expect the Penalty shoot out at the end, but we REALLY do have to Practice !!!
HATATE, O’RILEY, RALSTON,
STARFELT, TAYLOR all played well against a ” Toffee” team who were rather ” Sticky”, with Celtic being largely dominant.
However….We NEED to take more chances, especially when Teams ( like Everton) are happy to put 10/11 men behind the ball.
I know it aint easy to score against teams who are just happy to defend for most of the game and rely on break aways….but we MUST do better !
MAYBE, Big ANGE will be looking to bring in another STRIKER in January….I dont know ?
Some very good performances from the Celtic players that I mentioned above, who were on it from the first whistle.
KYOGO and ABADA SHOULD have scored in the 2nd half….but please dont get me started on GMAKS shocking Penalty….yet again !

We cannot ignore our lack of ability to convert decent chances.
