    Imagine what the goal difference would be if we took a fraction of the sitters we miss.

     

    Not just the strikers though.What always does me in is the dodgy passing.If Jamesy takes a bit more care,he puts the ball in front of Abada,for tap in.Numerous very good chances to put balls into the box from crosses,cut backs,we hit the first man.Too many times.Its careless and shoddy,and spoils a lot of great build up play.

    At the start of this season it looked like we were blessed with two great strikers and 4 wide players who, as a collective, would score an obscene amount of goals.

     

    The chances are still being made but they have all lost their shooting boots. Kyogo in particular is a big worry.

     

     

    As for penalties, Ange needs to select 2-3 players and make sure they practice 100s of them because we are woeful. Tavernier has an 85% conversion rate. GG must be about 25%.

    That was x2 identical goal opps in both games that Kyogo failed to convert. A head scratcher.

     

    Wee man looks well aff his best. Mibby he’s aff his chuck ?

     

    Udon know how much he needs to Miso less chances, use his Noodle, Raisa his Tempura and start Ramen them in again, and we’ll Sushi the deadly striker we were all entranced by.

     

    Hope the bhoys get down Darling Harbour tonight and enjoy some of the city’s nicest bars and restaurants.

    From what I saw Anthony Ralston was immense. I cannot understand why his position is always being questioned.

     

     

    Maybe he should stick an o onto his name.

    Billy Dodds has hit out at SPFL double standards. He asked for loan players to be returned as he has a injury crisis, St Mirren were in a similar circumstance against us and it was granted. However he was refused, now Billy if only you were playing Celtic……..😱

    I guess the “tour” was great for Celtic fans happy to shout and sing in a festive atmosphere of a friendly down under but I doubt Celtic’s performances won many new fans in Australia given the performances. That is a pity and I guess at least one of the club’s aims in going there was not achieved. At least it must be clear now we must bring in a top class striker with some urgency to immediately be first choice. I’m not sure looking at the German boy playing in Bundesliga 2 and scoring 9 in 19 is the boy we need.

    I don’t know if the clubs main criteria was to gather new fans in Oz ?

     

    my take on it was to recognise we had thousands of fans already there

     

    and appreciate that fact.

     

    As regards new fans, I can assure you the Aussies who joined our various

     

    get the githers to a man vowed that was the type of team and fans they

     

    want to be associated with.

     

    So be happy, don’t worry lol, I can remember supporters saying most of

     

    the Lisbon Lions weren’t good enough for Celtic, until big Jock of course.

     

    Anyhows our big cruiser heading north by north east towards the

     

    lovely city of Brisbane, another few Celtic pubs to visit there, as I’ve done

     

    before, massive Irish history there, as I suppose most of Oz.

    So I grabbed a bar of soap and threw it to him.

    When o when are we going to get a top class striker ,that this morning was another case of over whelming superiority with no return in goals . I mentioned a few weeks ago that when getting a shot away we try and put it to the opposite side of the keeper not try and put t through him . Our wee striker and penalty king a very bad for it . Just saying like
