Morning all.
Terribly sad story from VFR, but all too common unfortunately.
On a lighter note yesterday was my 23rd wedding anniversary, and to celebrate took her indoors for a celebratory meal to an Italian restaurant which has just opened – last Saturday – in Troon
It is called ‘Quei bravi ragazzi’ or ‘Goodfellas’ in English! It is located in the town’s West Portland Street and is well worth a visit.
The incredible thing is that it is actually owned and run by real Italians, who I am on first name terms with! Even the chef is Italian!
We treated ourselves to mussels, clams and lobster, and were offered the following freebies: two glasses of prosecco, panna cotta and coffees.
Nice!
Highly recommended to all local Tims.
