    On the independent commission route, at the meeting, Celtic FC was advised ref Academics who were specialists in football crowds and stadiums, in particular at English Unis for the purposes of being Independant, it was certainly a surprise the next day when despite opposition previously Celtic FC announced Fairhurst to carry out said investigation and take 9 months to complete !

    I reckon there may well be a couple of sports science dudes/dudettes coming from where he worked before.

     

     

    Big Ange’s utter disdain for the SMSM when getting asked idiotic questions is refreshing – Have you heard about a Big Strong Man.

     

     

    I also agreed with his decision to leave out our 2 CH who had played the 120 Minutes in Denmark as they are young – having said that Dane looks to have a natural high level of fitness, his energy in ET was superb.

     

     

    I was wondering if Ange would want him going out on loan – I don’t think he will now. He’s better being @ Celtic, getting coached well, and trying to establish himself in the Squad/First 11 this Season IMO.

     

     

    Ange will get things sorted but unfortunately the newco need the Guaranteed Money from next Seasons bent as an Arabs dagger flagship competition. A Scum of a Club that mirrors the Scum fitba Governance in this Country. Institutionalised so it is.

    Would be surprised if any team pays money for French Eddie, past 12 months he has been very poor, I think he will with us for the rest of the season.

    Watching celtic yesterday was just like last season, very slow, very predictable and poor officials making poor decisions.

     

     

    If Celtic dont start calling out very poor decisions they will continue. The media will go for us but it will place refs under more scrutiny. Right now it’s all too easy to make mistakes, pick up wages and go again the following week with no accountability for poor performances.

     

     

    The celtic supporters have been taken for a ride, the board have done nothing to show they want to challenge for the title this season. Last season was a free pass for the board with no supporters in the stadium, I reckon this is all gonna get very toxic and I feel for Ange and Dome cause they are the face of the faceless.

     

     

    The biggest shame in all of this is celtic have the means to actually transform our fortunes, it’s the will that is lacking.

    Watching the Motherwell v Hibs build up and they asked what Hibs should be aiming for this season after a 3rd place finish.

     

     

    The Livi player Bartley said something along the lines that with how Celtic are Hibs can maybe be looking for better than 3rd.

     

     

    That’s a telling sign of how the players within the SPL view us at the moment.

    Anybody any covid tips or experience?

     

     

    16 year old daughter is into 8th day of illness – had a positive lateral flow last Sunday and a positive PCR on Monday – she’s been sick since – nothing bad , just under the weather; she’s had all the symptoms except high temperature. Is temperature the one to look out for? Getting a bit nervous now.

    Incidentally, that was our first opening day loss in 24 years, ironically that was also in Edinburgh tae a team whose name starts with an H in an odd ko time, an error by a newly signed Swede, by a foreign coach we had just recruited fae Japan, led tae it.

     

     

    We lost our next game at home tae a team whose name starts with a D, Dundee next week coming up.

     

     

    BTW deidco won their home opener on the Monday night with 2 goals fae their newly signed goal scoring machine; the first one never crossed the goal line.

     

     

    By the time they played us he had scored in every game, 23 goals, but failed that day. That must be after he got hit by a ping pong ball as he only scored 10 more in their losing league campaign and 1 in the SC.

    *fully concur with all you say especially leaving our young lhads out at hostile swinecastle, as I said on Friday we will toil until Ange gets all his own players in and replaces the drivel on the bench.

     

     

    Once he fills it with our own youngsters who it looks as if are auguring well with the Colts, watch us go.

    *didnae happen with the families pre and post Jock, they got the flack and no the manager, remember the mars bar game and “Celts for Change”.

     

     

    Was one supporter who used tae stand at the corner of the Celtic end and stand/enclosure with a noose shouting “Bob Kelly this is for you”.

     

     

    The Board will get it especially as David Low recently commented that they have become what they replaced.

     

     

    It will happen as Celtic supporters unlike that mob across the toon are no mugs.

    The tangible damage of gross mismanagement are manifest in the squad and what we’ve watched on the pitch for the past 18 months.

     

     

    The intangible damage is just as alarming – no one will fear playing us. NO ONE.

     

     

    Teams will have gone from a mindset of ‘how do you contain Celtic’ and avoid a grubbing’ to ‘how can we win the game’.

     

     

    The damage done over the past 2 seasons is absolutely shocking.

    They then put her in hosp for a couple of days on steroids and oxygen

     

    Mainly precautionary
