Every time we tackle I brace myself for Clancy’s whistle. Kills the momentum of the game – what little there is. Rogic aff at half time. Not at it today.

The strips of cut grass are 6 yards. That means our free kick was around 8 yards from the wall.
Our players asking clancy why we weren’t allowed to take the corner before he blew for HT.

Hibs haven’t threatened us in any way but we’ve haven’t had any control of this game nor created any chances ourselves. We need to improve, little to indicate that this side was largely rested on Thursday. We look very pedestrian.

How do we improve?
Referees can’t add extra time to take a corner. Only a penalty is allowed to proceed after full-time.
Totally agree with the comments re Clancy and Starfelt. Ange should hook him now, he’s a red cars waiting to happen.
We have lacked energy and penetration. Slow in the build up.
Thought we rested players midweek?
Clancy will red card us or award hibs a penalty in a heartbeat today .

Very flat first half , we need to up our game or points could be dropped . Hibs haven’t really threatened but then , neither have we .

I wonder if the team are just plain knackered cos of the earlier in the season high tempo requirements…these players might not be capable of doing this!
What a poor half. Passing and ball retention is awful. Hatate off the pace altogether.
Abada seems to be the key.
Yellow for TR and possible injury means Matt will definitely be on. Outside him, the only potential creative outlet would be Dembele but that would mean Liel or Jota off which I don’t think will happen.
Players simply need to step this up and switch on but it’s hard to do when don’t start well.

We were playing Hibs, but it was exactly like old Lennyball – lots of oor half possession but negligible goal threat.

Thursday night was worse…..
Calmac,Hatate,Rogic,showing no urgency whatsoever.Very poor.Defence looking OK,but don’t trust Clancy.2 CHs yellows.Maeda,Jota,giving us very little.Abada,and JJ,trying on the right.Crosses going as usual,nowhere.
Hard to see how we can win this.
Both Jota and Abada are being doubled up on so unproductive. Tom Rogic is having a real stinker (possibly the worst player on the pitch) Ange should sub him for second half, bring in O’Reilly. The Japanese bhoys really do need to contribute more – they do a lot of running but it generally leads to nothing. Hatate’s passing and control dismal. The honeymoon’s over for these guys surely as it is for quite a few.
It’s like a bunch of players playing for the first time as a team. Hibs to be honest more impressive in possession.

we seem to lost our way recently , high tempo now a slow pace , looks like we are waiting or expecting something to happen other than making it happen, far too many players need to up their game.
No pleasure in saying this . But when we’ve a fight on our hands we’ve too many posted missing . This is a very important game as are them all at this stage of the season ,but we really are needing to up our game here . Clancy is gunning for us too , it’s another dangerous position for us .
Not going to be a popular view on here, but looking back over the past few weeks, I can’t see what Maeda or Hatate add to the team. Factor in the loss of form from Rogic and that’s a massive drop in attacking threat at the heart of Ange’s plans…let’s hope I’m proved wrong in the 2nd half.
