Seriously, who cares what a muppet like English thinks? This is a guy who fell hook line and sinker for Craig Whyte so I think it’s fair to say we can ignore his judgement on pretty much anything. Just another Media House whore stealing a living from the game.
We can all agree that yes there was some idiots at Dens whose behavior can’t be condoned but the way some are going on they are trying to make it sound like serious public disorder. Yet I’m sure I’m not alone in being yet to see any footage or photo’s that suggest things were as bad as is being made out by the Helen Lovejoy’s in the media.

If we had done a straight swap Neil Lennon for Pat Fenlon at the beginning of the season I don’t think the positions of their respective teams would be much different from their present standings

THE EXILED TIM,
why would our board decide to do anything now?
its been going on for decades even more out in the open and blatant now, the fact that a new club can be parachuted in to the actual league even at bottom end while having no acounts and others have been waiting with accounts for a long time is
enough in my opinion to tell you of whats really going on
and the fact that our leaders have accepted that along with other leaders of clubs tells you how they really think,
if it was not for fans of other clubs and ourselves the new club would be in the spl now and i am quite confident that would have been the case, i am waiting on one more decision from a certain judge before i decide on whether to finally
leave scottish football forever.

IMO our ratio of possession .v. goals scored needs improving – aside from signing a player capable of unlocking defences/ producing the unusual – I’m not sure what the answer is.
There’s two steps in the process of converting possession to goals:
1. Converting possession to good goalscoring opportunities.
2. Converting the opportunities into goals.
You could argue either way as to whether we are lacking a playmaker to create the chances or a finisher to score the goals……
Huffed and puffed, lot of the ball without a cutting edge or working the goalie,Thomson is a cheat, but not the reason we lost big FF had a rush of blood.

Aye maybe one day … have to say I was impressed with how well regimented and disciplined Hibs were today. Kept their shape never panicked. Did not think they were dirty either, their keeper definitely kept them in it with a fine performance along with Ambrose’s poor composure but Hibs did create clear cut chances as well that they also never took. We are too predictable IMHO and will drop more than the two points that Lenny has now set for the team.
As always if he proves me wrong I will be on here proffering profuse apologies. Two goals we scored against Dundee were sublime. We need to take more shots. More passing in behind. More penetration through the middle.
Still in all for comps sailing at the top mind but cant help feeling that Rognes inclusion meant5 Kayal droppingto the bench for Ambroses inclusion. Dont understand that one myself. Thought the game was ideal for young Dylan but only my opinions.

It was one of those days when it just doesn’t go for you. It happens to the best teams and I don’t think we should be getting too worked up about it. We dominated the second half and i felt we deserved at least a draw.
I’m concerned about Izzy – still looks a shadow of the player he was before the injury. Lassad was also pretty ineffective and I would have brought Tony Watt on for him at half time. Lustig man of the match for me.

I agree with you if you consider winning the league and that alone as success with the resources that we have at our disposal.because we are only 1 defeat away from crashing out of cup competitions and if we are brutally honest any SPL team is capable of beating is on a one off game
We will scoosh the league because we have more resources and money than anyone else not because we have a world class manager

Playmakers, creative midfielders, no 10’s, lubo types are few and far between and many clubs with more cash than us are shopping in the same market so for me, the next best thing is another pacey wide man……what a difference when Forrest plays….anyone can see that…..we need another one of him

Guys, some of us are awfully quick to get on the team’s back. We lost a game. That does not merit the rush to call for a clear out of the team. FFS, a bit of perspective !
Always amazes me how quickly some posters are to say how everything is rubbish.
We should appreciate that these are very good days to be a hoops fan and embrace them. We won’t win every game but we will win the league, and hopefully will win a Treble! I’ll be disappointed if we don’t, but if we don’t, our team won’t become rubbish or bunch of wasters overnight.
Much more importantly, thanks for posting a great picture of Wee Oscar. Made my day and brought a tear to my eye – such a brave wee boy and God bless his mum and dad for their
