Back-to-back away games are statistically more likely to result in points being dropped than any other games (especially if one is a European game), so the probability of Aberdeen dropping points in Inverness last night was high. Their second night-game in the same week, on Friday at Firhill, will also be a genuine challenge. I can’t find enough occurrences of a team having two away games in the same midweek to draw any statistical inference but I’m glad it’s Aberdeen’s lot, not Celtic’s.
That result felt profound. Celtic can use the opportunity of a quiet week to prep for the visit of Inverness. A Highland double would go a long way towards the title.
On the “Atlantic League” story, little detail has been reported on what’s happened (ignore what has been reported) and where it’s heading. The project is not at a mature stage yet, it’s not an Atlantic League, it’s not a collaboration of clubs from small nations, and no lower league clubs, anywhere, have been involved. Apart from that, the story’s fine.
Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has kicked the sleeping dog. We’ll see where he barks.
Time is running out for you to register for the Celtic Park Zip Slide, in aid of the Foundation, which takes place next month. I did it last year and it was genuinely exhilarating. Go here and register.

They are what they are, or in this case where.

Previously I had said to Maclay1 that I sympathysed – however is this really the forum for that kind of stuff – if I read any more, I will be off opening a few veins myself.
I sincerely hope that the chap can get, or, is getting, some professional help.
JJ-have to disagree on Saturdays attendance,I have said 25k,but will say 30k max. I don’t understand why CFC quote attendances as 42-44k some home games, seems they include ST holders,it’s ridiculous IMO.
Mr Pastry
See…you can do better,…not much, but its a start:)
Travellerbhoy is expressing himself on the blog.
As he said himself…Paul67 hasnt had a problem with his writing.
I commend Paul 67 for that.
Its clear…that the bhoys on the blog….are rooting for Travellerbhoy:)
And btw…can that fella write.
Anyway…as Kevj would say…Hail Hail fellow eejit:)

MR PASTRY
Professional help or not, what he has found on this site has been warmth, understanding,a place to bare his soul without fear of revulsion or ridicule.
Those are still there for him, from most of us,anytime he needs it. It has been of more benefit to him than any number of paid professionals.
BMCUWP
Well said bud.

Been going that for years, paid customers is their view.
Bamboo @ 09:32,
Thanks for that… Informing the ref, now that’s the smart move.
Even then don’t recommend we try it;)
Hail Hail
We can’t say we haven’t been warned how ICT play,we can be a soft touch when teams put it in against us,as we know we can forget the ref doing his job properly.I can see Brown and Mulgrew in CM on Saturday.
The vilification of Willie Collum will not result in a strike, nor will it see an improved standard of refereeing in Scotland.
What will happen is that Celtic will bear the brunt of bad decisions to ‘even things up’

Travellerbhoy, I taught Travellers for over 20 years in Belfast. I would know a lot of people you would know. Your posts were both moving and disturbing. I have watched Travellers being used for advancement in education and politics without heed of the most important ingredient, love. If you wish to get in touch Paul67 will let you have my email address.
RAYMAC
Good Man:)
Hail Hail to you.
prestonpans bhoys-I know mate,it’s stupid,but let’s keep the stats high……..
Well! When your not held accountable for your mistakes at your workplace by your employer, then obviously you WILL continue to make more mistakes, ergo, like your employers, you’ll never be any good at your job, ending in both of you not fit for purpose .

BMCUW 9.44. Beautiful post, if I have to read endless rubbish on here for the rest of the day, it will still have been worth logging on to read that post.
Travellerbhoy, your posts haunt me, you have a gift, you have a shocking powerful story to tell. You really should try to write it as a book. You would obviously need a fair bit of help & collaboration from someone within the industry but I would have to believe that such help would be forthcoming. I wish you well friend, Peace be with you.
Good to see hibs get a result last night
Hopefully stokes is bringing some experience and know how to the team.
Has the Ajer deal been completed and is he another winger ?
Replacement for Forrest surely .. If mulgrew is to be used then it’s centre half only for me.. Very poor anywhere else.
We badly need a big vic, Ledley , Lennon type midfielder asap.
Mr Pastry
Again…Read that post just there by CorkCelt.
Compassion.

Wee Jay’s dad on Radio Scotland now, talking about the disgusting online abuse the wee guy is getting.
Mr Pastry
You will slag me for this..however.

I would be there.
No question.
Is that hard to understand?
I dont think it is.

The vilification of Willie Collum will not result in a strike
Chick Hun and the gang at Shortbread, will do their best to make sure it doesn’t happen….
Mr Pastry,
His contribution of goals is increasingly meagre and his overall contribution is poor. Too often caught out in possession and his first touch is often poor. His time is up, imo.
good morning all ,a couple of things but first off…
Travellerbhoy
keep on keepin’ on..

I attempted to explain why,but it was intrusive and betrayed a confidence. I’ll be happy-delighted!-to put you both in touch.
I’m sure he’ll feel the same way.
HH and thanks,bud.
!!Bada Bing!!,
I’m quite sure you’re right, but thankfully I have no idea what the radio shows say as I never tune in ..or ever will.
They couldn’t care one jot about our club, and I return that sentiment.

Revolting in the extreme.

Wicked it is..
