….PFAyr, this is AC Milan we are playing, in Milan, one international goes of another comes on!
Were Milan so poor or have we played so well.
We have had a very good performance, and I am gutted to loose, but bloody proud of a team that cost tuppence ha’penny in comparison to those we are playing against.
Listen to the crowd singing now!

Yet again Izzi has a mare moment and it costs us dear.

My take on this game is that we have a group of players who have real spirit, terrific work rate and a real desire to do well for the club and the fans. Guys who play for the jersey, if you like. I can’t fault a single player tonight on any of those attributes.
What we don’t have is real creative quality – proper ‘Champions League level’ players. That’s just a reflection of the league we play in and the sort of transfer fees and wages we can afford.
We have lots of young players and we can improve. The question is whether we can improve enough between now and Christmas to secure European football into 2014?

We were the better team for most of this game. So that must give us confidence a) about playing them at home, and b) for the trip to Amsterdam.
An Dun, that was shear unlucky, he has had a great night, you are welcome to your opinion.

AC have been stinkin ….
Correct ..proud of the team ..the effort etc …far from a great performance tho

We shouldn’t be 2-0. This is a poor Milan team who seemed bereft of ideas prior to a lucky deflection and the oul dodgy defending caught us out again. Perhaps we should have had a go? All if buts and maybes though.

C’mon folks no sob story or blame we played well against a top Italian team and but for bad luck could have got something we are punching above our weight!

Great effort, Celtic.
You can’t fight City Hall.
Win, lose or draw….. Still the Great Glasgow Celtic.

Well we played well, had good posession, final ball not good enough and didn’t take our chances. Robbed again. However, that said, we needed fresh legs much earlier to keep our shape. That result was coming when we failed to make substitutions around the 65-70 minute mark IMO.

We didn’t deserve to lose that, held our own for most of the game and created the better chances. Confident we can beat them at CP.

His mistakes more often than not kill us. Just put your boot through it and don’t fart about with a half hearted attempt at a block. Simple mistakes cost dear and this level. We were up against the poorest Milan team I’ve ever seen. Milan were always going to need us to make a mistake to score and true to form, Izzi obliged.

We will never have a better chance to beat them in Italy
This may be a blessing in disguise for our efforts to be the Top of the Group. These 6 game matches can swing very easily. One thing Milan won’t be looking forward to, is Celtic Park.
Celtic never do things the easy route. I think that is Divinely Ordained for a very special reason.
Superb performance by Celtic.

A very very very poor Milan team which we didn’t have the tactical nuance to overcome
As for the second goal ball was going out for a corner until Broonie knowing he needed to enhance his tough as nails reputation against Ballotelli decided to have a sly cowardly dig at him off the ball resulting in the free kick. Nae wonder PL doesn’t want him as captain
Anyway I hope the Huns enjoyed their experience of Dumfries fashion week yesterday
