The amount of times they countered and caused us problems by linking balls into middle third without a Celtic player in sight was telling.Especially down our right side.
They are a dour physical team and off the ball movement is the way to counter that but unfortunately we had very little.

Pretty flat performance from us so far against a Motherwell side who are putting in twice the normal effort than they would against any other team .
We haven’t shown enough imagination. They will not be able to keep up the intensity of their pressing game
second half but I’ve got a sneaking feeling that Thomshun might find a way to second yellow Ntcham.

Might be wise to sub Ntcham – easy 2nd yellow to even things up

Can’t believe people on defending Brown there. Love the guy, but that is just what Neymar did to him a few years back. Can’t remember anyone saying that was a red. It was behaviour that is unbecoming and unnecessary of our Captain.
Officials likely to seek to even things up so must be careful.
