Yesterday I caught myself moaning about potentially winning the league without playing a game (epitome of first world problems). How quickly we forget the pain of the 90s. Let’s bring the title home as soon as possible, no matter where we are or what we’re doing. There could be people doing the Ronny Roar in shopping streets across Scotland on Saturday.
The one place Ronny will not be doing the Ronny Roar is out shopping, though. This time of year managers’ weekends are fully booked: one day for the game, one day scouting at another game. With a game on the Friday night Ronny will be able to take in games on Saturday and Sunday. Scouting opportunities before the end of the season are limited, so he’ll value the extra day.
A year ago Hibs asked to allow their season ticket holders into a play-off game for free – there’s your rule. The opportunity to deny another club the same has gone. Faux indignation about not even asking permission doesn’t register with me.

Do you think PL saw this before appointing him ? I suggest Yes.
What other managers do you think could deliver something like this.
Brendan Rodgers, Mourinho, big Sam ? Not many in my view, certainly not Super or Walter.
Taking everything into account, should the MOTY be Ronny Deila . Derek McInnes, John Hughes or Robbie Neilson?
I would discount Neilson because it is more difficult (for me) to judge someone in a lower division .
Yogi`s team are quite a way behind in the League and they really should not be in the Cup Final.So, he is out as well.
Ronny, who I believe will go on to be something special, maybe very special, possibly had to do better in Europe to be declared the winner.
So,almost reluctantly, I go for McInnes. His provincial team have taken more points from the others than we have. For that, I would say he deserves it.

Jungle Jim- I think McInnes is overrated.
His record, especially in the Cups, is pretty poor.
One League Cup, won on pens; is not a great return.
I would go for young J.Fowler at Queens, especially when they keep the ole Hillbillies in their place.

Tried a hash joint couple of nights in a row in a coffee shop recently – instant coughing fit each drag. I smoke wee cigars with a drink and they don’t have that effect. Gave up!

Anyone who has read Soccernomics cannot but help observe how true their predictions have been.
Basically that clubs in capitals with big populations will dominate over “port” clubs.
I’m thinking Chelsea and Arsenal and relegation of Man Utd and Liverpool to also rans.
