    somehow we need to find a way past packed defences as almost every

     

    team is gonna set up the same against us.

     

    See us linked again with Snodgrass,at least that would sort out our terrible

     

    delivery from free kicks and corners.

    Did any of you watch Larsson there were more than a few league games where he looked out of sorts but managed to score to cover his sins. Whilst OE is not in HL class a loss of form is common in players in every league in the world and in every season, give them all a break even those with less talent

    Lots of options defensively and in midfield.

     

     

    For the first time in a long time four strikers any two of which you’d be comfortable starting games.

     

     

    Only area of pitch with no depth?

     

     

    Left full back.

    fist pump at his side and then a clearing tackle back in our

     

    6 yard box, so wouldn’t read too much into the facial contours.

    Best wishes to your good lady on her Birthday, coincidentally my birthday as well also 65, my state pension I am told will be paid to me January 2022 16 months after retirement. My eldest daughter due her 1st today ( our 3rd grandchild) but I will be happy if everyone is ok, but best birthday present that I could have. Also happy if Eddie and Ajer still here after window closes , Christie and Ncham are easier to replace in my opinionHH

    Great to see Leigh back in the side and scoring yesterday…I thought after his last indiscretion his time at Celtic was up but will be delighted to be proven wrong…I think Leigh likes proving people wrong.Well done to Polish Paddy too…great determination.     2 week lockdown/circuit breaker from Monday 12 October In my opinion.

     

     

    I wish we did not have as many players away on International duty, this has became a burden now.

     

     

    Did I read somewhere last night that Griff has had a call up to Scotland squad??? Feckin hope not, then again he needs match fitness. Hmmm

    Watched the Villa v Liverpool game. Exciting, fast and entertaining with lots of goals.

     

     

    We really need to up our entertainment and play football ” The Glasgow Celtic way”. The alternative is a loss of viewers, which will be devastating as we are heamoraging circa £4m per month with no sign of fans coming back.

     

     

    Cumon Celtic, we have the players and the tools.

    The rubber man was the greatest chaser of lost causes, I’ve ever seen. Often made something out of nothing. Brilliant.goal by Klimala and if he’s even close to McGarvey, I’ll be happy.

    There is a Wicked Rumour going around that I am going to buy a round of drinks one day..I’m not having that !

     

    I have my “Street Cred” to think aboot.

    Frank MacGarvey…

     

    I loved the Guy when he wore the Hoops.

     

    He did all the “Spadework” for any of his Strike partners. I think the Huns hated playing against him cos no one…including Frankie…. knew what he was going to do next ???

     

    Many times I watched him getting booted all over the pitch…but he usually bounced back up and got on with it.

     

     

    Just a pity that his Celtic career ended the way it did…When Davie Hay sold him very soon after Frank had scored THAT Brilliant Header for the winner in the 1985 Scottish Cup Final.

     

    I think that was the very last “Touch” he had as a Celtic player ?

     

     

    As for “Lost Causes”…it was Big Roy Aitken who chased after the ball ( not for the first time) down the right wing and crossed the Ball for Frankie’s diving header…MAGICAL !

     

     

    I loved Davie Hay as a Celtic player, but I was angry with him when he sold Frank…although there have been several stories about Franks private life being the cause of him being let go by Celtic…and Davie Hay ?

    If the Polish Paddy gets a game against the Huns…they wont relish playing against him…….Likewise The GRIFF…and French Eddy ( On his game ?).

     

     

    How refreshing it was to see a Player being almost halved in two…pick himself up and carry on…NOT looking to get anyone booked/sent aff…and THUNDER the ball into the net….ESPECIALLY when its a Celtic player !

     

     

    Red Walsh SHOULD have Red Carded the St Johnstone Thug.
