    Man that was a very nervous second half, it’s not energy levels as we were still full of it at the end, maybes the nervous got to the players, who knows, but all in all a very hard fought deserved win, surprised that we didn’t get a pen given against us, had in not been agent WC, it would have been for sure.

    Stephen Glass might not be the diddy manager we thought he was.

     

     

    He did two things to change Aberdeen at half time.

     

     

    He brought on Kennedy- a perrenial sub but one of their better crossers of a ball- and our CBs were forced to play and concentrate.

     

     

    And he moved McCrorie to RB as Ramsay was getting roasted by Jota.

     

     

    That brought them into the game but doesn’t explain why we fell out of it.

    Great result — poor performance.

     

    Very low energy and AP not on the ball to pick things up.

     

     

    Proves that we are half the team we need to be with 2 SPL quality fullbacks.

     

    Plus we struggle when an SPL opponent finds an extra gear from somewhere.

     

     

    CMcG — very poor tonight.

     

    DM — playing in KF’s shadow and he knows it.

     

    LA — not at his best and took a ninja tackle that was worth a red.

     

     

    Still a huge amount of work to do.

    Great 3 points, but a very poor second half.

     

    Ange should have made changes much earlier, as you could see that we had fell right out the game.

     

    Waited too late like he did at Tynecastle.

    We allowed the Dons back into the game and then immediately HIT them with the Sucker Punch.

     

    Credit to The Bhoys for seeing it out after a nervy 2nd half.

     

    I dont thimk Big Tommy touched the Ball after he came on very late in the game LOL ?

    A diffiicult away game out the way.

    First time,not too pleased with Ange.Hatate was not enjoying that game.Biton should have been on at half time,instead of bring him on with 20 mins to go.We ended up disjointed.

    We’ll done. Very well done. A series of very difficult fixtures have been navigated with aplomb.

     

     

    Would have preferred a comfortable 1-0 tonight. The pattern of second half performances is becoming a little worrisome. No damage done yet, but like the inability to kill off games despite a boat load of chances earlier in the season it will come back to bite us on the arse at some point.

     

     

    in the last 3/4 games the opposition has made a raft of changes a half time which we seem unable to adapt to and thus lose momentum. No damage done yet, but our second half performance needs to improve.

    Oh aye the Monday morning quarterbacks are back on. Cheating effin RK teacher let them back in it, 2 scabby Hun effers kicked our players up and down the park with ease. We won, 3 points and still tap o’ the league

    Great result. First half superb second not so.

     

     

    Surprised how late the subs were used.

    You are never ‘lucky’ to win when you score three away from home.

     

     

    Aberdeen’s first goal was nightmare – we totally switched off. Their second was a good run to the near post and a good header, but again ‘caught on our heels’.

     

     

    So not lucky to win but harder that it should have been in the second-half – still credit due for hitting back with the third quickly – hopefully a lesson learned.

    Good point but the whole Aberdeen team looked like it had been changed.

     

     

    We didn’t look like we expected them to come out fired up.

     

     

    Between their poor form and our brilliant first half it seems we forgot that going to pittodrie

     

    Is never really free from jeopardy.

     

     

    Lesson learned I hope.

    I thought Glass’s substitution of McGeoch for Ojo was significant. He made a huge difference to their midfield. It is also interesting that Ferguson has scored more goals against us than he has against any other team.

    We needed GG on from the start.

     

    DM is still getting up to speed.

     

     

    AR and GT really struggle when they have to make decisions.

     

    We can carry one and still play well but not two.

     

     

    We invited the Sheep back into the game in the second half.

     

    Need more support from the dugout.

    calm down bhoys calm down , we have starfelt in the heart of our defence who can’t header and is easily bullied but as long as we outscore the opposition we get the 3pts.

    I know it’s a common theme after every game, but sleekit refereeing influences the game. Fouls not given, fouls given against that aren’t.

     

     

    Was their first goal really a hand ball?

     

     

    And did he really go over to the linesman at our 3rd to see if there was a way to chalk it off.

    Top of the League.All that matters.Pitch totally against the way we play second half.More suited to Don’s kick and rush.They done it to the Huns a couple of weeks ago.We took 3 points though.

    Worth also pointing out that the call – offside or foul – that cancelled Jotas second – our third before half time was a terrible decision.

     

     

    Had we gone in our (now traditional !) three goals up at half time that game was over.

    Delighted to get the 3 points there.The game was a bit like Hearts a few weeks ago.

     

    We looked tired there and failed to hang onto

     

    Possession in a consistent manner which encouraged the Sheep.

     

    2 poor goals to lose and our lack of height cost us from Ferguson goal.

     

    Regardless it’s another difficult away game negotiated which is great.

     

    Thats us played 2 more away games than the Huns

     

    So 12 games to go 7 at home 5 away and we are a point ahead.

     

    Would have taken that scenario at the beginning of the season all day long.

    Delighted with 3 points, Aiberdeen were always gonnae come in to the game after the break as they done nothing in the first half.

     

     

    Thats a tough venue negotiated.

     

     

    Brilliant Celtic.

     

     

    The usual Bullsh!t with soft free kicks given for teams to launch balls in to the Celtic penalty box.

     

     

    A Great 3 points Tonight.

    12 games to go. 7 at home. We would all have settled for this situation at the start of the season.

     

     

    But no room for error.

    Terrible approach from start of second half …we were more intent on playing backwards football and invited them on to us ….they were too good for that… Calum was very poor as was Ralston and Taylor ….Ange needs to learn to play his best players until the game is won….We have a Big one coming at Livingston….We need to go to Ibrox ahead of them….

    Any word on why juranovic wasn’t in the squad?

     

    Would have made a difference as a sub when we were under the cosh a bit.

    WC — Ludge MIB associate member — was their MotM for an incredible performance especially in the second half.

     

     

    His ability to ref a match to our detriment is the only skill he has.

     

     

    The tackle on LA was worth a red card all day long.

     

    Took him out without even attempting to go for the ball.

     

    I fear LA will miss games after the tackle.
