Well, that proves nothing…no Celtic fan I know would say that “Rangers are a great club”

Do you think that they were?

I’m a big Izzy fan …Deila seems desperate to play anyone but him

We agree PF, very concerned ref Ronny Delia, decisions ref team selections, tactics and substitutions, all very worrying, our current playing squad is capable of a far higher standard than currently being shown on the park

  3. Ok, lets cut to the chase.

How many think that DD was right, that “Rangers are a great club”

    Lets hear you.

I wouldn’t like to be Ronny going into the Aberdeen match if he is told he must win it or be sacked. Not with the players he has at his disposal.

Like all of us we had to at one time be shown something, whether we use it or not is up to us, I’m sorry if me learning that has upset you, but I will continue to do it.

As for yourself you post what ever you like I have no problem with that, but what I will say is if it’s anti board or PL or DD or RD, I’m into you, but I’m sure you know that. Post away.

    So do I,

Well RD Subs in matches seams to be certainly out of a Hat.

For example the sheep go down to ten men & he then throws

on bomb scare Effy (ffs) when he should have gone 3 @ the

back & put on KC but wait their’s a Personalty Crisis there

so what about the pace of Janko naw we’ll throw on bomb

scare Effy & watch 3 points sail down the North Sea

Well you see this is the spin again, that was not the debate, the debate was DD was a Man. U supporter, and not a Celtic supporter, let’s get that one out of the way first before the spin.

  8. Remember when we were being pumped by Killie 3-0. The players, in particular the much maligned Anto and Jamesy Forest, stepped up and put in a performance to level the score and most likely stopped NL from resigning. 2 things were obvious that game they had the passion to do it and they had a manager they believed in. That is the difference between Lenny and Ronnie’s team. NL could inspire a squad RD obviously can’t. When was the last time we witnessed a Celtic team playing with passion? Less B/S about fitness and training regime let’s bring back the Thunder and forget the timid roar.

Don’t take this as a dig,but why are the board,DD,PL,RD,above criticism in your opinion?

My three wise monkeys comment the other day wasn’t meant as a dig either. It was a serious question. Most of us were brought up to question authority. And for good reason.

  10. Unlike DD…I don’t mind saying, that rangers were the most corrupt and bigoted club in world football….I hated them with a passion, and I hate sevco just as much.

There you go, that’s what this Celtic supporter thinks.

    HH

  11. Effy, A BOMB SCARE…..amazing how some catch on to the SMSM terminology isn’t it, he is a Celtic player ffs, he wears the hoops , what part of that don’t you get, he has been having a bad time like many in the team, and in past teams, but Bomb Scare, ffs?

  12. Ronny has gone, the “clinching” defeat has just to happen.

A wee lamb has to be sacrificed and Ronny is it. In fairness, he’s put himself on the chopping block: personnel problems; lack of tactical awareness; adherence to a system that makes no sense to a club like Celtic etc.

But the above is really just opinion.

What is indisputable that football clubs always go for a new manager when things go wrong.

It’s cheaper than sacking a lot of unhappy players and it’s remarkable how such an un-businesslike action works at clubs.

The “clincher” is better happening sooner rather than later.

  14. TD67

Does it matter….the point is that Celtic are going backwards, and from what I can see, that is the majority view…..hence thousands of fans not going to Celtic Park.

  15. Oglach your damn tooting.

RD should cut out this RD Roar & get back to basic’s with true grit determination

& passion not going around going yes-yes-yes after nearly every positive result

he’s got to get back the dressing room sort everything out no personality crisis

please & stop giving the you know media group cannon fodder to fire right back

@ his when things go wrong after all Action Speaks Louder Than Words all day

  16. TD67

This is not about whether Dermot Desmond is a Celtic Supporter or not. You attack anyone who has an opposing opinion to yours, especially with regards to the board. I been around long enough to see it.

You speak of waiting for the usual DR spin after posting a (Public Relations) article from Dermott Desmond.

Public Relations; the professional maintenance of a favourable public image by a company or other organization or a famous person.

I personally have never doubted DD credentials as a Celtic Supporter but, wasn’t the White’s & the Kelly’s Celtic men too?

Point being that it means nothing if your milking the fat cow for personal gain.

Celtic is a Public Limited Company & is run solely for the benefit of the Shareholders &, in Celtics case, to the detriment of the fans. This is why we never take the morally correct stance of banning Rags like the Daily Record because it would mean bad press which in turn means bad business, even though the press coverage doesn’t seem like it could get any worse but, this is only from a fans view point.

Take a look back at Peter Lawwells “Rory Bremner” comment with regards to TRFC at last years AGM. This was an insult to all Celtic fans as today he tells us we are a Champions League team yet, we are merely a Europa League team, infact, we will do well to keep the goals conceded to under 12 &, I can’t imagine us finishing second in our group in this years Competition. For a club that wants to mix it with the Elites in the CL third place has got to be unacceptable in the EL.

I only want whats best for Celtic, as do the many others, who you disagree with. I want to see progress, not a team that’s going backwards. I wanna see value for money, quality on the pitch & a team with the drive & desire to fight tooth & nail for every point in every game they play & most of all, eleven players on the pitch who want nothing more than to wear the Green & White hoops of Celtic.

As I said yesterday, I don’t mind losing to a rival but the team has to fight, commit & show the desire to win the game & be able to hold their heads up high at the end of the game & say “we deserved better!”

Just for the record, yesterdays game reminded me of Maribor – the worst game I have witnessed Celtic play. It was like eleven players who had just met for the first time an hour before kick off.

  17. I heard he was dead on

    BOBBY MURDOCH’S CURLED-UP WINKLEPICKERS

Agreed but he has to get that far first.

Home games vs Dundee and Hearts are not the easiest especially as one is after Amsterdam and who knows what the team will be like after that game mentally and physically.

Away to Motherwell and Hamilton are also no givens given past performances on those grounds.

As I say the only place the Sheep are likely to drop points is at Tynecastle and they could conceivably lose in the league cup to Hibs.

Their home games will be won. If they get a refereeing performance like that one yesterday every week they certainly will be in front. They should be sitting with 3 key players in the stand this week. Only one is.

McLean may yet be pulled in front of a panel and he should be and the guy who saved the equalizer yesterday as we all know should have been sitting in the dressing room at the time.

Poor as Celtic were yesterday those decisions had an impact on the game.

If Aberdeen came out with 10 men for all of the second half it’s a different approach from them but Thomson did his usual when refereeing us.

The referee does not excuse the stupidity of Boyata and the pathetic attempts to defend in the last 10 minutes.

I don’t think Aberdeen are a good team and I don’t think they played well yesterday which makes the performance and result worse.

The manager must ditch this system or there’s going to be trouble.

    _____________

In a way….Martin O’Neill is correct…the puishment was harsh…ah mean, what have they been found guilty of?

As far as I have seen….Rangers FC have swindled what?….£140 million?….and, walked away from it.

Ah mean….any club who’s fans can wreck one of Britians major cities at a Uefa Cup Final and…walk away from it can, pretty much…do as they please…coz, they know that ‘nobody’ ever has or, ever will have the cajones to…put them away.

Only a Celtic FC, run by a board of rebellious Celtic supporters would have ensured that the huns were suspended from all levels of football whilst…under investigation.

    But…sadly, that’s not the case.

What we do have is a Celtic board who, looked the other way when, the huns were steaking 3 years CL money to stay alive….and, know what the worst bit is…the Celtic supporters of today….still turned up…paying their money…voting this duplicious / evil board of charlatans back in!

So, in a way….maybe karma is coming back to bite you all in the jacksie for being so – Smug / Complacent / Jelly & Ice cream Gluttons….traits that you’ll find rubberstamped on the appendix of any hun manual.

If cancer disny kill me….apathy will.

    Goodbye.

  19. The Green Man,

Personally : No, I do not think Rangers were a great club. I was brought up knowing that no matter how good a footballer I could become, I could not play for them. So why would I think them to be great ?

A propos of nothing,I admit to a WTF? moment when Bournemouth spent £8m on a young defender who cost Ipswich £10k two years earlier.

Tyrone Mings lasted six minutes on his debut. A knee injury has put him out for the rest of the season.

    At least.

If there are no-go areas in an interview, there should not be an interview.

After all, what’s the point in asking a Celtic fan what he thinks of Rangers? The only variance in reply is in our level of vitriol. None of us is gonna say we really want them to succeed.
