There seems to be a culture that it is your right to have a kick at Celtic, whether you have genuine reason to, or just half a story that allows your imagination to fill in the gaps. The contrast with other clubs is absolute, in terms of the media and the Scottish Government, as well as fans.
These Radio Clyde clips, apparently quoting a Celtic fan, are maybe peak Scottish media. When Boli Bolingoli broke lockdown rules the line was “for me, it’s all about points deduction”.
Contrast that with the reaction when five Newco players and staff broke rules. They “hardly got a wink of sleep because they know that they’ve done wrong. That said, they’ve made a mistake, but as long as they show remorse and as long as they realise the mistake that they’ve made, I’m sure they’ll get one more chance and I think they’re entitled to one more chance.”
You live in a land where a participating in a bully culture against Celtic advantageous. Celtic are having a nightmare season which opens them to genuine criticism, but this orgy of destructive attack is abusive, unacceptable and must stop.

If only it would stop on CQN first.
The shows regular pundits include ex rangers First team players Alex Rae, Gordon Dalziel, Andy Halliday and Fraser Wishart. Thiey have occasional stand in Andy Little and Cammy Bell. That’s 6 ex Rangers first team pundits. Until recently they had Derek Johnstone as mainstay .
To balance that up, they have Mark Wilson.
Can you imagine a high profile west of Scotland Radio show with 6 ex Celts and 1 ex Rangers player making yp the panel! There would be protests outside it fron the Orcs.
Throw in a decrepit journalist who was actually banned from Parkhead on more than one occasion to the mix .
As for Guidi, the biggest fanny of the lot. A never has been, cant hold a consistent viewpoint for 5 mins. Contradicts himself, sometimes mid sentence.
But perhaps the biggest fannys of all are the “Celtic” fans who phone the show to try and convince all these ex Rangers players that Celtic are no good. A disgrace to the support.
Do yourself a favour. Switch off, plenty of good podcasts to listen to.
Don’t read the MSM, don;t listen to the radio shows and turn down the Sky offering if you can stomach the payment.
Watch and listen instead to the Celtic podcasts like ACSOM, Huddleboard, the Cynic and our very own CBN’s contribution. Facts and good debate with Celtic at heart.
Bit of self-discipline goes a long way.

Do what the deid team have done and ban the likes of BBC Scotland.

We have been “At the back of the bus”… for quite a few years now….the seats have probably got our names etched in the back of them…When was the last time that Celtic came out fighting…with all guns blazing….All it takes are a few choice words to unite the Club through these difficult times….but no…not a whimper….I feel that those in power at Celtic have settled into their seats nicely “At the back of the bus”…..Shame on them….We have no god given right to be on top every time….but we do have a god given right for our clubs custodians to fight for our club and to speak up for our club..no matter who or what obstacles are put before us…..again….Shame on them…
