Good interpretation, and one which I believe is actually covered by Article 11 of the Human Rights Act, covering Freedom of Assembly and Association, especially as the purpose was to march to Celtic Park to attend a scheduled football match. Governments of all hue will argue differently, but SNP or no, the HRA still applies in Scotland. Hate to say it but a court case would not necessarily be the worst thing that could happen.
I’ll speak to Kitalba but I guess we’ll pool the money and donate the total sum in Kano’s name.
I met Dr Whatfor today at the ground today earlyish, and a pleasure it was too what a lovely guy, probably saved me from getting the nick for walking to the ground supporting my team.

Great day. Celtic win a great comeback. England lose grand slam. Scotland even competitive vs France.
The usual cries of nazi, racist, liar etc … The standard response of the left when questions are posed for which their formulaic and catechismic mantras have no answer.

I wonder why Lawell decided to go on holiday at this time
It’s the job of the Lord Advocate to protect the people from the excesses of those in power or in authority. He should be called upon to do so. The present incumbent and his predecessor simply ignored that part.
Both mediocrities. Salmond is happy with that calibre of person. The kind who can be relied upon to represent the interests of News International over those of the Scottish people.
Both apparatchiks were quick to hog the limelight and jump into the lead role in high profile, politically correct prosecutions. Both scored spectacular failures.
The Green Brigade can call upon the Lord Advocate to state his views on the legality of the treatment they are being subjected to. If he fails to act they could consider applying to the courts to pursue a private prosecution against those they consider guilty of malfeasance.
This cosy arrangement and politicisation of the Lord Advocate’ s role was put in place by New Labour.
Using a debate about what is happening to the Green Brigade as an opportunity to snipe at your pet hates lowers the tone and contributes nothing.

I don’t know if this has been said yet – apologies if it has.
Now, I’m only guessing here but…would I be right to say
that – there were more arrests at the GB situation today
than there were when – the huns wrecked Manchester ?
If anyone replies I’ll get ye the morRA.
Have to go
Hail Hail n God Bless

Blogger gm. So true. They gave list it totally. Only our own self destruction stands in the way of years of dominance.
Radio Clyde today was an utter disgrace of negativity They even had a session on why rangers would not play ball and rejoin the spl.
Who has asked them. Who is worse off because of their demise.

Your opinion has the same validity as anyone who posts here.
Neil is a young manager who has done exceedingly well in Europe with a cautious system.
In the Spl that system would not be acceptable to the support he has been very inconsistent.
I have the utmost respect for the way he has shown strength and character in standing up to the bigots that populate Scotland.
I though only post to judge him on football merits.
Your first stated I was talking nonsense for suggesting he was responsible for our poor displays and I responded to that.
Your latest response was to praise Neil and suggest that I don’t understand what he has faced in this country and has done for our club.
I admire the man greatly but as a coach he has a lot of learning to do.
The harassment of the GB. Is due entirely to actions of self preservation by FOCUS …. They are up for review
Therefore they have to be seen to be necessary
Needless arrests in the short term will follow
Box clever …..the nemesis will die
Re ssb on the sevco spl issue
Guidi actually stated ” we need to just tell them (spl fans) this is whats best for the game and this is whats gonna happen “
Thindimebhoy @20:38 thanks for your reply. This tax is a harbinger of what is to come.
Was it yourself posted of the predicament of your mother in law the other night.
A post I read with anger and upset.

Fanatic
Lenny must be responsible for the teams results .. ….it’s his job
Since the winter break we’ve been abject
Almost as if the CL results were the exception to the normal guff performances
GK and defence were all all over place
the midfield did not exist and the forwards
were hopeless.
How did we win that game today ?
Big Sammi.
Neil Lennon- He’s a Celtic Fanatic who wants what we want. A marriage made in Heaven.
There were a few towels being thrown in on here today.
A game lasts 90 minutes.

We have an authoritarian, centralist and intolerant Government in Scotland. I’d be surprised if Focus isn’t with us for the foreseeable future.
The Spirit of Arthur Lee @21:10 soothes “Turn off your mind, relax and float downstream.”
I think I’ll do that now the chocolate and wine have arrived.
Good night everybody.

94 minutes today
Sadly saw many leaving after the Aberdeen
third goal.

Perhaps ..but they’re too dear to keep
A total waste of public funds
With the distraction of the CL out of the way it may be that the players will adjust their mental outlook to the job in hand.
And maybe today’s result, and the manner of it, was a watershed.
VP
Green Brigade ,I know you have been treated like…
Agree with you. GB get a hard time but they need to put the team first!
