  1. There are more fans inside Celtic Park than the whole population of the town of Bodo/Glimt.

That was an utterly embarrassing performance, losing 3 goals at home to this team, on the same day the Huns score 4 in Dortmund, and could have scored eight.

Please send the kids to Norway next week please

    Win on Sunday all good

  3. The League is all that matters.

Tonight’s game showed us how far we have to go if we want to taken seriously outside of our little league.

    Out muscled, out played.

Back to that nonsense of constant back and side passing.

At least Ange made the obvious changes, but Hatate was not great.

Time to give Scales a good run.

We need to build a team with shape and confident to drive forward.

  4. Beaten by a team who defended like Livingston and attacked with purpose, we turned back all the time, I thought we lacked courage tonight and looked leggy and tired.

  5. One defeat and it’s the end of the world for some…keep the faith…we can’t be brilliant all of the time

  6. Not out of the tie yet…but we really need to up our game. To be honest I see this as a no lose scenario…we win, great…we lose…we concentrate on the real prize…the league

  7. Good job they weren’t fully fit.

We’ve made good strides under Ange but tonight was a reality check. Not going to say names otherwise I’ll be accused of picking on “scapegoats” but there are some players in that team that will look half-decent in the SPFL but look out of their depth in Europe.

And while Bodo were a well-coached team, let’s not pretend they’re Milan 1990s. They’re a Norweigian team in UEFA’s third-tier tournament. We should be aspiring far higher than this.

  8. Poor performance all round. Very few get passmarks. Bodo look a decent team but we made them look good. May as well field some youngsters next week. Still plenty of work to do.

Courage — total lack of it.

CMcG was particularly bad — imposter as the MF pivot.

    Bit harsh

  10. On the night too many didn’t play as well as they have recently. Let’s hope it was just a glitch and that we come back to form right away.

  11. Better team won, fitter, better unit, everyone doing their job and negated Celtic for almost the entire game.

One issue with them the time wasting and throwing themselves to the ground, what’s that about?

Midfield poor in 1st half.2nd half better.Bur,oh,do we miss Kyogo.

No problems for me.They were a good team.Shit about lay off. While we were knocking our pan out, they are playing friendlies in the Sun.Another Celtic goal would have been good, but score first over there,it’s game on again.

On to Sunday for the important game.

  13. A strange game. Watched without sound and not tainted by negatron views, can’t fault the players for effort. Can fault them for shoddy defending and poor final passes and poor running into the box to receive passes. Just before they scored the second I was thinking they hadn’t laid a glove on us since scoring and we had dominated. The third was a freak I sone ways but also a result of chasing the game when we should have consolidated for a few minutes.

The Rogic/ O’Riley thing needs work. Jota had some moments but generally a quiet game from him.

We could beat this crowd by 3 but we need to be smarter.

disappointing night but you learn from these ones. Hopefully a motivated focused team will turn up on Sunday.

    Heads up bhoys

  14. Talk of population size of their home town means hee haw. Most, if not all of their players will come from out with…any reason to give the team a hard time. Off night for us….but we’re improving month on month…keep it going Ange

  15. don’t really think you have to be a good team to put us under pressure just play a high press and some of our players will struggle cope.

  16. all very familiar, we seem to be constantly surprised by these sort of teams. it always feels like a step up in quality for some some reason.

they say development is never linear, hopefully our last couple of games have been a blip.

    Enjoy your evening madmitch.

Your post is utter garbage by the way.

  18. I hope Ange is not too critical of the Bhoys tonight it’s not even a Mickey Mouse tournament and I couldn’t give a Donald Duck !

  19. Yeah, tonight a reality check. Let’s hope we don’t look back at this game as the beginning of our downfall this season.

Very important now to get back to winning ways in the league.

I keep saying we should write this tie off now but I know Ange won’t – he played Kyogo in a dead rubber so he almost certainly field his strongest side in Norway.

I’m worried about Easter Road if we go all in away in Norway.

  20. Give the Bhoys a break FFS. Disappointing yes, but some of the armchair generals on top of the trolls, what the…..

Still enjoying watch us develop as a new team. Can’t win them all on the journey.
