don’t really think you have to be a good team to put us under pressure just play a high press and some of our players will struggle cope.
———-‐-‘
Utter garbage RC. After the first 20 minutes when did they play a high press? Immediately after the break for about 1 minute. After that,it didn’t happen. Both goals came from us losing the ball in their half.

One criticism from me….their high press should have been dealt with…I’d have changed to a 3 at the back

Well said – it is what it is, there will be bumps on the road, this one isn’t even vaguely fatal
I imagine Ange will have learned from that tonight, we were beaten by his own game, as I said we had a fair few off the boil, can’t win in Europe like that, but all is not lost, thankfully the away goals are gone, so we are still in with a shout.
I will always trust him, as I will never slag our players, they do the best they can, for sure some are not up to what we expect, but they give their all, we can’t ask for more than that, we are still building for the future, in reality we really shouldn’t be talking about this tonight, all we expected at the start of the season was getting closer to the scum, that has been achieved and I honestly think we will stay ahead of thems.

If they sent Boris to Bodo they could probably double the population in 10 months

Just think the physicality told…also thought the ref was poor……Jota had a stinker ..abada not much better thought we played better after the subs ..but the deflected third summed everything up……Dundee was always a bigger game for me
My concern is lifting the players for the weekend….huns will obviously get a huge lift as well….
They definitely wanted it….they’re also a good team

Better team won, must say I didn’t see this coming.
While they were better we picked a night to give our worst display of the Season, I struggle to pick anyof our Bhoys who played well,
If tonight is a one off, Ill get over it.
A sickener like this tests everyone, Manager, Player & Supporter, it will be a measure of all, how we react to it,
Ange has a huge job on his hands right now, Football gives you fantastic highs & a fair few kicks in the Haw Maws,
We crush the Huns a short few weeks ago, tonight they beat a top German side by 2 away & we lose to a Norwegian team that are on a mid season break by 2 at home.
I have no explanation,
We go again on Sunday, lets hope we get the 3 points & start to build the confidence again.

We’ve had situations where we’ve had no left-back and had to put players out of position to fill the gap. All the while, Bolingoli wasn’t even in the squad.
Ange sees him day in day out in training and there’s clearly something there that he doesn’t like. Is it as a player, as a professional? I don’t know but Ange has his reasons.
We’ve made good strides under Ange but tonight was a reality check. Not going to say names otherwise I’ll be accused of picking on “scapegoats” but there are some players in that team that will look half-decent in the SPFL but look out of their depth in Europe.
And while Bodo were a well-coached team, let’s not pretend they’re Milan 1990s. They’re a Norweigian team in UEFA’s third-tier tournament. We should be aspiring far higher than this.

we were given a lesson tonight on how to play the ange ball by a better team than us, who haven’t played a competitive game for a month , playing in the spl against teams with 10 men behind the ball attitude makes it easier not to concede goals in this league but nothing to improve your football when you come up against European opposition who come to win the match other than stopping you from winning.
31003 on
For me, the Ange bashers have no clue about football. They’ll name a manager they’d like and guaranteed like shite is brown, a couple of bad results would have them sacking the manager they wanted for someone else….not a clue

Yeah, tonight a reality check. Let’s hope we don’t look back at this game as the beginning of our downfall this season.
Give it a rest.
I would sign their left full back in a heartbeat
Bodo has a population of around 50,000, around the same as Kilmarnock.
