    4 days that have helped put a smile back on our faces.

     

    Plenty to be hopeful about but for god’s sake let’s ditch this 1 up front nonsense. We have to find a formation that allows us a front 2.

     

    Shouldn’t be all that hard.

    Well Lenny did say he,’ll stick with the bhoys who got them to the final but added a caveat of one or two changed. Make that Soro and Turnbull Lenny😉

    On Lenny’s post match comments, I think he did also say 1-2 of the new boys would be in the team.

     

    Hazard and Turnbull I would guess. With Brown taking Soro’s place.

     

     

    Eddy should be benched along with Frimpong on recent showings. In which case I’d start Christie and Klimala.

     

     

    Griff and MJ on with 25 to get the bonuses.

    Thought that was a very solid performance today although you wouldn’t think it reading back the comments here. Best defensive show for many weeks. Pleased for Duffy- he needed a confidence builder.

     

     

    Ref tried hard to prevent the win but the Bhoys overcame that as well. Good result.

    Only chance they had today was from a corner from our right which went low into the 6 yd box their striker shot straight at big Connor but his reflexes were good, better team scores that, we should post a big guy level with our front post to prevent this, keep Connor in goal, Ajer right back Taylor or Laxalt left back not fussed, Ely position up for grabs as is Frimpong’s , Soro in the anchor defensive midfield role,Turnbull must play, would like to get a centre forward on the pitch and let Eddie play left side of him.

     

    We still seem to want to bring Rogic on , not sure why as when he loses the ball he cannot and doesnt get back.

     

     

    No old pals act in the final and we should be fine.

    The new handball rule explained.

     

    When sevco are playing and the ball hits an opponent’s hand it is a penalty. It doesn’t matter if it is deliberate or accidental. It doesn’t matter if it is hand to ball or ball to hand. It doesn’t matter if the arm is in a natural or unnatural position. If the ball strikes an opponent’s hand it’s a penalty.

     

    When Celtic are playing if the ball strikes a Celtic player’s hand then it doesn’t matter what happened. It’s a penalty, of course.

     

    Over to you peter lawwell. Celtic’s CEO and director of football. I’m sure you will fight celtic’s corner.

    I agree it is a strange choice but I feel there must be a good `keeper in there somewhere and I feel that confidence — as it is so often in sport — is so vital that we should consider ways to foster it where possible.

     

     

    Right now, I feel more comfortable with Hazard but, long term it will do no harm to have a fully restored Barkas available.

    His confidence is shot…………at the minute…………………..but you’d give him a cup final of this importance to get, err, his confidence back.
