   We didn’t need to make huge organisational, structural or cultural change in order to be a bit more competitive in the league.

    

    

   We just needed to be a tiny bit better at what we did?

   Main reasons for subs

    

    

   Injury – player can’t continue – usually like for like

    

   Fatigue – player tiring – usually like for like

    

    

   Tactics – change the set up to either give better attacking or attacking options.

    

    

    

   Sometimes Lenny’s subs are confusing
