  1. I really should read back before I hit post!

And none of this 20-30 min boasting, eh fella?!?!

Poor typing skills. And that’s beer no1!!!

    Enjoy your evening sir!

  2. I wish to take a moment to congratulate Mr McCann.

It was his vision of a club that spent within it’s means

that has put us in the position we are today.

I will admit that i did not always agree with Mr McCann

but in retrospect i can say he was visionary.

    Well played.

  3. Big wavey. You are making things up about Vic. Total fabrication

Big cup winners. It’s the transfer window It’s only only opportunity to get business done

Before we know it, the window will be shut and we will be going into CL qualifiers without a striker again !!

We have the best centre half we have had for years. We have signed an up and coming midfielder.

But our striker policy over last 3 years has been a shambles and it has got so bad we now have the worst strikers at our club since the Lou macari time

Me tae. What the hell is it that a manager cannot see the fact we are so far ahead and we are not going to lose a game. “ok you young yins, yer time has come”. Given a 25 min window would work, or is oor manager trying to protect our clean sheet run. Mmmmmmm. Questions questions. :)

Good to meet you too, JJ was fine, no such stories, and a good insight on the game.

Never a red! Not been able to take the green specs of, I blame the Craigallachie, a lovely drop.

Sorry for the late reply, Mrs Doc has been shopping!

I thought of Fergus today as the Shortbread panel discussed Sevco’s tribulations and lost opportunities. They needed a man like him with a plan, who stuck to it, despite the brick-bats and I thank God for him.

As he said to a taxi driver in Glasgow: ‘No small talk and don’t deviate from the route…’

  8. Weefra. I like clean sheets, in football as in life! But I like winning well most of all. 3-0 up, put on some youngsters.

That said. We were v v good today. And Jungle Life is the biz!

Sydney, You have an extremely valid point and there is no one in dispute with you. We either need a new proven striker or one of the present squad needs to step up big time and to be honest thats not looking likely by next July. The only reason you are getting stick is that you will discuss nothing else only this single issue. Surely you must realise that you cannot keep making the same point to infinity without pissing off most of the blog.

  10. TBJ

Yes we all seen that in the south stand. But that was about 10 minutes after we went 3-0 up. Why the delay. Most of the SS were screaming for the subs as soon as we went 3-0 up. It was one of the things that irked me about MON, and oor Lennie seems to have the same ole habit. Again, IMHO. :)) How you keeping anyhoos? Very well I presume. :))

  15. What in the name of god is the obsession with playing the young ones ? I guess the psyche suggests we have to find something to nitpick regardless of the good times.

Sydney – obvious retort but cobblers mate. You bitched about ‘projects’ in defence (as that was your target back then) and you criticized wanyama as such. Goals galore, clean sheets, great strength in depth and more to come. Moan moan moan mate.

  16. Weefra. A bit like the choir had been split up and spread across the whole church.

My wee guy (8) said on the way home about how he loved Irish music and it was stuck in his head. Then proceeded to start humming Let the People Sing!

    HH to that!

Terrible, terrible outcome. Mrsweefra and I sat up most of the last two nights following this and were convinced the wee laddie would be found. Shattered to say the least as previous foster parents.

    Weefra HH supporting Wee Oscar.

  18. Corkcelt. I feel. And course some other people feel different , that getting a goal scorer in is the most important thing in the club

There are other agendas going on here and Peter lawell via Paul 67 likes to always different the fans away to other subjects during a transfer window

Mt view is Peter lawell is fundamentally responsible with the 3 million a year in wages that are flushed down the toilet in our cheap strikers who don’t do the job

Pukki is the prime example of this. We would not pay going rate last transfer window. So we bought a dud from Shalke. Money down the drain And its lawells fault

  19. Reading back at Page 11 fae the game and,

BOBBY MADDEN – DFOB – PERIOD!

Why do we put up with this?

Clocked this guy when he started – USELESS DFOB

So what to do, put up with it???

Watch him next time he ref’s us, when the opposition tackle our players he turns his back (before the tackle – 99% do that as well) but, he’s an expert at it – DFOB.

Celtic, deal with this cnut or deal with the injuries.

Players talk and, no one will sign for us watching that!

Stefan, good luck ye’ll need it.

Bloody craigallachie’s too easy tae drink and worse than that mrs PC67 likes it too. Aaaaaggggghhhh.

    Defo away this time.

  22. Bug wavey you are now just lying now. Shocking doing that.

What I did say is that it is indeed possible to find projects in midfield and defence and that is route our club must go down due to financial constraints

We can also go down the project route up front if we have 2 recognised goalscorers

But we don’t so we are unable to go down the project ( pukki, bangura, balde) route

You the just lying lying lying mate. A Hunnish trait

  23. ‘Dignity’ has left the building.

  24. TBJ

Liked it Liked it Liked it. Nae argument at all. My only question is, if they are on the bench, and we have the game secured, any chance these young yins can get a chance to prove themselves? Or do we have to wait till the league is secured. That will give them real appetite for the game eh? IMHO of course. :)
