3 of mine emptied yesterday, I believe it’s only main rubbish bin emptied from now.
Recycling place down at Richmond park closed from last Monday,couldn’t see why ,never any staff
in close proximity to punters.

This was my preferred configuration a couple of years ago – 16 probably too many (if Hamilton can survive in a 12 who can survive in a 16!) but 14 just about right, removes staleness, big teams play twice after split etc, balance probably easier between home and away ties…

My elderly neighbour is fanatical about being 1st in the street to put the bins out. Our collection is tomorrow afternoon. His bins are out already for a few hours.
In the last few hours , looking out my window, several dozen walkers have went past, family groups, dog walkers in pairs, many single walkers, joggers and cyclers. Some people have moved the bins, to let their kids cycle past or to manouvere prams and buggies round them.
Anyone could be shedding the virus.
Not tomorrow the bin men come, I think 5 of them in a crew, in the one cabin, any of them could be shedding the virus. So on their shift they must touch absolutely hundreds and hundreds of bins. They go about their business, efficiently and cheerily, they love than random push of an empty bin back onto the pavements in no particular order.
In my street, the home owners seem to take a pleasure in being fastest to get the bins off the street.
Big population of oldies here.
Now how does that virus spread again ?
To bin collect or not bin collect, that is the question.
