A. 30.
Although TV and commercial money will be diluted, it is a sideshow compared to the real cash cow remaining in Scottish football, the gate money at Celtic Park. The Gang of 10 refused to exclude this option from their proposed change in voting rights.
A 20% share of gate money doesn’t have sufficient support from SPL clubs, too many losers. A 30% gate share only has one loser, everyone else wins, including the club who took 87 fans to a league game at Celtic Park last season.
This is nothing to do with Sevco, who are unlikely to pull a financially viable plan together (although the SPL and SFA are still trying). You’re being asked to open your wallets and pay for the upkeep of 42 stadiums, squads, boards of directors and kit men.
This is not a viable plan. It’s time for Scottish football to admit defeat. Sport has been subverted for over a decade to the point there is nothing left. We can keep Hampden and the national team going, but there is no viable league structure. The sooner we accept this and move on the better.

Evening Celts, I can only see this as a last ditch effort to save a crumbling empire (goat inspired).

There is no fair reason for CFC fans to financially support other teams

Imagine for example there are 12 shops in glasgows Buchanan galleries shopping centre….
The major player is the “John Lewis dept store” – imagine they get 50,000 customers through the door every week.

It is the old shop steward in me, make sure you bring something to the table. If we do not like what is being proposed, and Paul seems to think that there are proposals in their somewhere, at least have an alternative vision for Scottish football. The Scottish footballing public,ended any possibility of NewCo kicking off in the SPL, not the boards, but rest assured it will be the boards (absent Celtic) who are behind the latest kite flying. Nobody has voted on anything yet, all the more reason to be prepared if and when they do. Something positive might help, but that is only my opinion.

He mans up to you and does not shrink, he has the strength of his convictions and he communicates them transparently, honestly and respectfully without a hint of a hidden agenda. About as much chance of that as a Newco being in Div 1 and Celtic giving 30% of our money away.
