Joe Frasier a much more humble man said a few truths about Cassius. Joe when on top used to fill Ali’s pockets as Ali was down. Later in years when Joe wasn’t doing so well Ali the great one would not even return his calls.

Glorious morning, the fitness fight back continues mmmmm. Half nine mass, gym, some work stuff (boo!) then a very light dinner. Allow myself a glass or two of Sicilian white to ease the pain.

Oh it doesn’t annoy me….bores me, saps me of hope, and passes the hours between getting on with good stuff. Still it allows the dosh to enjoy the wine , cider, cooking, family dinners, garden stuff. So, on balance we just get on with it, have a good day and light one for all families while you are there.
I’m not a candle lighter myself but can pray like Jesuit when required.
