Oscar Knox Paving Stone

1523

Last year at BMCUWP’s hootenanny in McChuills, many CQNers clubbed together and raised funds to buy something appropriate in memory of Wee Oscar. A fantastic amount was raised and we are delighted to announce a paving stone was purchased at very, very, favourable rates from Celtic, and now has its pride and place very close to the statue of Big Jock.

The tribute reads, Wee Oscar Knox, Heart of a lion, Courage of a champion.

Make sure you look out for it next time you are at Celtic Park.

You called out non Celtic supporters…is not nice is it?

Just because you have an opinion does NOT invalididate the contrary.

My sarcasm and exaggeration to make a point may have offended you, if so, I apologise.

Hmmm……….Sevco could break another world record for shortest existence of a football club at this rate. The play off’s back up plan (specially brought in) to assist Sevco’s safe passage back to the SPL, look a wee bit precarious.

League reconstruction anyone?, don’t be surprised if Sevco continue to slip up it’ll be mooted as back up, to the back up.

They can’t go into administration and the loss off a points deficit, they couldn’t retrieve.

One of my favourite albums. The bassline on Guns of Brixton is amazing. You may recognise it.

  10. Bada 17.27 Come on now play fair, you can’t blame Sally for this one. He didn’t want to play the game at all. T’was the money grabbing Board forced him to play a weakened side to ensure a big pay day. I know its hard to weaken Sevco but the cursed Internationals robbed them of the iconic Moshni, so lay off Sally, are ye trying to get him fired or something. P.S. The big pay day didn’t materialise either.

  11. Nye, Ah relax ye won’t, although you will probably have to do a few centuries in Limbo to cleanse yourself before they let you in.

Sounds a bit defeatist to me :-)

Get McCoist out the f****n door and get Stuart McCall in on a 6 month deal.

We might have half a chance of winning this championship with him in charge, and he will see it as an opportunity to maybe get a full time deal If he delivers

McCoist has to go now! Before the hearts game next week.

    SOUTH OF TUNIS

Living in South London,Sutton, and doing the lorry driving,I hated being sent to Haverfordwest, another two yards yer in the Irish Sea.

It had its compensations,as my boss would let me stay in Lampeter,mid-Wales, for a coupla days with my then girlfriend.

I fuelled up at ChieveleyPark, junction of M4 and A34 one time, and was approached by two stunning scantily clad German girls, about my girlfriend’s age. Could I take them to Bristol?

Transpired they wanted to go to Bath, which is miles from the M4.

I dropped them at the door. Hitch-hiking might be easier for women, but ffs it isnae wise.

Top of Scottish Premiership – 7 teams separated by just 6 points

    Division 2 – 3 points separate the top 3

    Division 1 – 6 points separate the top 6

Most competitive league in the world – in a couple of hours time it’s likely that 6 points will separate 1st from 2nd with the 3rd place team a further 7 points adrift.

I agree. Paul may not be everyone’s cup of tea in light of his chaotic life, which he is thankfully honest about, but he has been very brave & committed to do the asterisk years.

It was good to see the promotion film for it wth Not the View’s, Average Joe Miller, contributing as well as Paul wearing his Fidel McGrain t shirt.

I’m not sure if they still have their website on the go but if they have, you might be able to order it there.

I also think they sell some of their stuff in the Supporters Association prior to home games.

They also have a very good Brother Walfrid t shirt.
