in a world of 6+ billion…..without our philosophical outlook on life…..we do what we can to help locally…..globally….without draconian laws that says that only law enforcement can carry firearms….statistically…..that is an incredibly dangerous path to follow…..

  4. Good news on the firearms economic front though.

Every time there is a mass shooting in the US firearms dealers across the country stockpile more guns for the following mornings sales spike. Always happens. The God fearing stars and stripes types get worried that their assault rifles for the melanin abundant will be taken away from them.

Some put their faith before their stomachs. They have my admiration, i fear you are right though about me.

  8. Im now thinking about how hungry I have ever been. I once had to go a full week without food. I had a stomach ulcer, after 3 days i was havind dreams about food, each day after that it was all i could think about, eventually i broke my surgeons rules and ate, they found out because the fluids they were syringing from my stomach showed chocolate. jeezo i was hungry.

It was chocolate, my mate sneaked it in .God how good it tasted. My first ‘proper’ meal was very runny mince an tatties, that was brilliant too.

  12. I always laugh inwardly when i hear people say, I’m starving’. I think, no, your mildly hungry. Go a week, then I’ll believe you..

  17. For me the difference in the second half was due to a change in the system….we went 3 at the back and played 2 up front.

    Simples.

  18. Only caught second half of game, mainly because I just knew the first half would be pash. Anyway I give us a 5/10 aesthetical points for the performance that I saw.

    MWD

  19. Delighted with last night’s victory. Another 3 points towards title No. 7 in a row. Thistle were combative in the first half but our sharpness told off in the second. A few adjustments to the team formation helped us to dominate in the second. Our shooting from distance was quite poor throughout the 90 minutes. This is an area where we could improve.

I was in Embra and thought I would miss the match but as I have Virgin TV, I downloaded the Virgin TV Go app and watched the whole match on my iPhone. Brilliant, because I’m normally hopeless at technology.

  20. blantyretim is praying for the Knox family on

Wasn’t our best performance but all the bar room managers do my head in, guys I’ve known for 40 years never kicked a ball in their life telling BR where he is going wrong

    Dear lord

  21. Don’t know how people can get so worked up about Celtic being criticised on a blog. Equally I’ve never understood why people would attend a game and hurl insults at the team (as HT described earlier). I was giving them pelters last night watching TV because, first half especially we lacked movement and I thought some players were avoiding a pass, if I was at the game however I’d have been in full voice adding my support as the majority do.

  22. That first half was painful to watch.

Two touches to control the ball and still make a poor pass.

Poorest game ever for Lustig and I’m a fan of his.

BR could see that too and changed formation and we started playing with a sharpness missing before.

Griffiths is exactly the kind of player we need. Apart from ability there is a bit of the nyaff in him and we need more of that.

Absences do make tge heart grow fonder but had Armstrong, Roberts, Rogic, Hayes plus new CB been fit would they not all have started or match changing subs?

Plus I’d rather lose the ball in a punt upfield than 50 to 30 yards near or goal.

We invite teams to hit us on the break.

Ntcham was probably the best player last night the rest ordinary with occasional bursts above it.

Still 3 points at a place our rivals might drop 2.

  23. Auldheid, I couldn’t agree more. I’m a fan of Lustig’s but the left back and right back positions look increasingly imbalanced. We need pace at right back to match Tierney’s at left back. We should be giving Ralston as much experience as possible as soon as he’s fit.

    BIGCUPWINNERS

Read your response re Chris Sutton when I got back in from work this morning,my reason for not replying sooner!

Very interesting. An experienced striker misses a sitter and “Just Knows” that he’s doomed?

    Blinkin flip!

I’m glad John Hartson was made of sterner stuff when he joined us,eh? And mibbe too that he didnae get that red card v Kilmarnock which, lets face it,he deserved. That might have been his own “Just Know” moment.

  25. Has signing a Right Back become a priority in this window or is BR intending playing Tony Ralston as the first pick. Lustig looks finished, struggles (like a few) to play the possession game from the back, has slowed down markedly this season and is getting caught out of position more frequently. Ironically at the other end he is one of our most dangerous creators. He will also miss the qualifiers in July/August as he’s away at World Cup. Should we be signing a right back now? If yes, who?

Heard Jon Flanagan mentioned a while back (can play right and left back) but that ship has sailed given his recent conviction for assault.

The young Bhoy Ralston has looked the part. Mobile enough too, as we’ve seen.

There’s a clutch of yesterday’s next big thing, down south. Money made and wallowing in the reserves. I’ve been surprised Brendan hasn’t gone to the Sinclair-well again.
