Tom Rogic is well within his rights to take time to consider his next contract. He is thriving at Celtic, but with a year left on his current deal, the future is open. Front and centre of his mind, of all players’ minds, will be the dirty little subject. The money paid to lesser talents than Tom in England is incredible, Tom is well within his rights to ponder his position in the food chain.
Then there is his place in the Celtic squad. Brendan Rodgers is continually looking to improve the team. It doesn’t matter who you are, you cannot be sure of a place well into the future.
There are also reasons to consider why Celtic might be a good fit for him. He is not the archetypal English Premier League player, all physique and running. Tom is a throwback to not so long ago when craft on the ball got you into the team, not the ability to burst a lung for 90 minutes. All too often, he’s a 60 minute star.
Evidence is everywhere that he is a big game player and proven match winner, but he is not going to temp a title chasing team from England, instead it would be the bottom half battlers who are most likely to be interested in him. He’s not a natural fit. Better to stay with the champions.

Apart from the content of the blog I almost universally post from my iPad, sometimes iPhone, but those damned ads cause the page to jump up and down all over the place. I have used Dolphin as my unique browser for CQN with Adblock enabled but it even struggles now.
Don‘t expect things to change because Blogs create millionaires these days.

I’ve got a few as well, each one would probably home a family of 5 mind you ;-)
Which reminds me. A good few years back there was a guy on the blog, I can’t remember his moniker, looking for Celtic tops for somewhere in North Africa (I think). Well I parcelled up 40 or more tops from me and my two Bhoys and posted them off to him. Shortly afterwards he mysteriously disappeared from the blog and never returned, as far as I am aware.

What a day
Gets called out of my bed to go look after my mum as dad needs to go to hospital
My wee mum isn’t well and doesn’t know male from female never mind me my brothers sisters and our partners..
I spent a few hours listening to her talking and not knowing what she was saying, she had no clue either. My dad came home from hospital and now both of them are on diazepam for different reasons..
Thankfully my dad contacted Joe Miller (super Joe Miller) who through the former players association got him in touch with Brian Scott
Hopefully my dad will be out of pain soon whilst my wee mum lives in her own we world

Re Wishae Juniors, very good result and with 5 ex players from my Lhads school team in the team today. It was a vintage crop that 1992 lot, with at least 3 of them making the SPL and now 5 of them at decent junior level. All the best to them.

For me, the ads can slow things down a bit at first sign in only. A bit like waiting for traffic lights to change to green. Skip past over, under them. Just as I do for many posters on here.
