    ESPN coverage was terrible.

     

    The main camera angle was far too low.

     

     

    At least we know who the heid Puddock is at the SPL Ludge.

    Lawwell runs every aspect of Celtic including who comes and goes ; the only part he does not do is pick the team and tactics.

     

     

    The players we have should walk that game but they are not motivated and there is no recognisable system

     

     

    I am concerned for the CL qualifiers.

     

     

    If we go out I would let Pedro pick the team as well as Lenny just does not do it for me.

    Not a great performance and too many under par today. Far too much ‘hail mary’ passing in last 15 mins, good football at the end and we equalise, not hard is it! At least we didnt lose.

    Macjay nothing jammy about the AB’s . Good start to the night , Chris commons only just saved the day. Off to my scratcher. Enjoy the rest of the weekend and the big game next week , I see it is on ESPN so will be starting work later. Keep the faith boys points will be dropped away and it is not the end of the World.

    Anyone on the books who does not put in sufficient effort EVERY time or who repeatedly fails to execute the basics of the game can GTF in my humble opinion. That opinion is a personal one, albeit I believe justified by the fact that I contribute to their wages

    Get in the Celtic!! Take that Craig Thompson and Steven Craigan!!!

     

     

    Celtic need to do something about:-

     

     

    1. ESPN – it is completely unacceptable for a commentator to be ax biased as Craigan today, ‘thankfully’ Celtic didn’t score at one stage. This is easily rectifiable by Celtic, otherwise subscriptions should be cancelled en masse; and

     

     

    2. The referees – another unacceptable exampke of blatant cheating by Craig Thompson today in debying us an absolute stonewall penalty today, which he was in tge PERFECT position to see. We will be denied one, if not both, domestic cups if the refs are keft unchallenged.

    Tired, tired failed formula which we’ve seen a dozen times in the Highlands from Celtic caught on the break by a lower team, and unable to dominate or play football in a smaller lesser environment.

     

     

    Very disappointing that Celtic couldn’t rise above this even with the players they had available the Samaras striker myth is a failed experiment and should be consigned to history, and there are players who have ego’s that won’t stand them well, in the new SPL.

     

     

    Didn’t believe MSM stories that Arsenal we’re courting Victor Wanyama and certainly still don’t, Beram Kayal isn’t a complete player by any manner of means, Izzaguirre hasn’t fully returned. Mikael Lustig and Kelvin Wilson are make weights, at best.

     

     

    The direct shooting of Tony Watt merely proved that he should have been playing probably at the expense of Samaras IMHO, as it would have brought freshness and enthusiasm that the laconic Greek doesn’t possess, and he’s like a fish out of water on a small tight pitch.

     

     

    Onwards to the Champions League, and a point salvaged.

    Everything at Celtic is wrong, We are one of the biggest teams in the world and we are relieved at scrapping a draw to a newly promoted team, We have a novice manager and a team of players who sometimes dont even turn up, Sammy has let us down for years but here we are still shocked when he misses sitters and again we are shocked when the ref gives us nothing. Has the past 6 months taught us nothing, we are not liked here in any shape or form, the refs will only come down harder on us this season and who ever we are playing will get all the breaks. In nutshell only the banks punished oldco not the scottish football authorites the same ones that the ref works for. The board know this and wont spend because its a racket, quality players need protection and that wont happen here ever and the board know this. So they will look for a new league while we struggle with a novice manager and half a team of nearly men.thats the future in scotland guys, the huns are not away one reffed the game today.

    The Staggies will be feeling aggrieved about the dropped points. Thought they were a well organised unit and should do well this season (I hope).

     

     

    Us? One of them days when we didn’t seem to wake up until it was (very nearly) too late. Still at the end of the day, we should be happy with the point and hopefully there’s no injuries from today.

    preferred listening to craigan than burley today. still would prefer a crowd noise sound option than forced to listen to the inane commentary of some blowhards with mikes every game.     Lenny IS the man for the job. I doubted it until he turned it around last season from a 14 pt deficit to an easy win in the end.

     

     

    But as we know Football Fans are Fickle – worse still are Financiers.

     

     

    A couple more of those pishy performances and the doubters will be redoubling their efforts.

    I want to be constructive but find it difficult when you consider what our players are paid and what Ross County players earn there should be a huge gulf in Celtics favour but it wasnt shown today.We have to accept that even without injuries we are finding goals hard to come by and in my opinion there are two reasons first no creative ball player in the middle of the park to set up chances secondly no ruthless striker.I thought many of the team today were poor Izzi,Kayal,and Wanyama looked if they didnt really want to be there Commons trys hard but picks the wrong option to often Watt and Slane didnt show anything.I will congratulate Ross County on there win and for being above Celtic in the SPL they deserve it.Lennie needs to sort out the players attitude before we play on Tuesday as if we perform like today we will be in big trouble.H.H.

    If PL can’t see we need to get a proper striker in for europe, I despair.

    I know. I watched the Kelly Kids every week of the Seven Lean Years.

    The performance was unacceptable for a very long time and some players didn’t look up for it as much as the other mob.

     

     

    Some of our players looked like they didn’t fancy it against the typical hammer throwers.

     

     

    They need to wise up as this will be the game for us every week in the SPL.

     

     

    It does show how short we are of quality if a few players are out.

     

     

    Hooper, Stokes, Brown, Forrest would all have made a difference today.

     

     

    We also need to contest refereeing of that standard – you cannot have so many fouls on our players. The tackles on Kayal, Wanyama and Ledley in particular were shocking. Kelvin Wilson god a bad injury there last season and if we cannot get protection for our players then something is far wrong.

     

     

    I have nothing against tackling but that guy went in studs first on Joe Ledley right in front of Thompson and wasn’t even booked. That is unacceptable.

     

     

    Throw in a clear penalty right after their goal and it could have been a very different game.
