Sunshine getting through

885

The sun is shining on Celtic Park as the Easter weekend gets underway, while Celtic face Motherwell tomorrow, who look like they have discovered the limits of Stuart McCall’s managerial abilities this spring.

After some difficult news this week, here’s a ‘Happy Birthday CQN’ message from Wee Oscar, which he recorded last month; an even bigger ray of sunshine than the one beating down on Scotland.

Enjoy the break, if you’re getting one.

Remember going to the 1980 final with 5 school mates all aged 14. We got kicked, punched and abused in George Square by huns older than my dad, after the game. Glad they died.

Lovely clear and still evening for a wander about the Helix area although it was cold.

They are quite stunning and the light show was quite beautiful.

Think the council have clawed back a sizeable sum from the visitors to their opening going by the amount of people that were there tonight.

Not sure how the catering spin off works but if they get a slice of that pie then they have creamed even more in……..13 bleedin quid for 4 wee paper cups of tea and 2 coffees!

Going to the bar for a round will now be a pleasure after that!

I’m going to continue the quiz but was wondering if the format suited everyone ? I’m open to your thoughts, suggestions etc and would be grateful for any comments. For example: does a Friday night suit, are the questions to difficult or easy ?

Doc – “Engelbert Humperdink on Jools, he was number one when I was born, guess the song!” Was it not “Get Back” or was that the Beatles?! :-)

My 20 year old son played Let it Bleed last week. Hadn’t heard it for 20 years. Classic. I was 3 when it was recorded by the Stones. :)
