Ict roberts was guilty of 5 late tackles in the first half alone … always when the celtic defender had played the ball into the ict area so ref played advantage but never brought him to book .
Start of the 2nd half he did it on erik and again ref played advantage but pulled him up when the ball went out of play. .. only to have a word with him .
Ref reacted to roberts girlie scream when erik tackled him and booked the celt … card was out as he ran towards erik .
Thought we got bullied first half with the trio of gms Joe and Stuart not up for the battle with nir doing his IDF impersonation as usual .
A bit better in the second half but night and day when the subs came on although it is easier coming on at 2-0 than 0-0

I just think he needs to be careful what he wishes for. With the Reckless Financial Mis-Management that goes on at his Club he may well find himself playing on 3G pitches 34 times a year out the back of Leisure Centre’s in the Suburbs of Glasgow all Season long.
No longer will the Presstitutes be lauding loudly about his magic hat but more so singing in Choir (Oh the Horror) about the Magic Roundabout which he performs his Training Drills on.

Woeful first half and lucky to be level. Second half much better even before the subs we seemed to be moving the ball a bit quicker. Excellent goals particularly the last one. Youngsters did great, 8 scots involved, Griff m o m for me, even if just for the tracking back in the first half. Young KT though starting to look like a seasoned pro.
As for Ref, I haven’t seen him before, I think we might see an awful lot of him in future. Didn’t put a foot wrong as far as his bosses will be concerned.

Better second half, 3 Amigos looked ace. Ref terrible as normal for sfa refs. Ronnie changed it and it worked. But on the radio there said the change only scored one more goal and never won him the game. So he did well but didnt see what he did.

Dreadful in first half, much, much better in the second. Not sure why we can’t start games the way we started the second 45?
Subs all looked good, and, apart from one moment, thought Sviatchenko looks like a decent player – clever and aggressive.
Still don’t think we’d get past a decent Euro team, so not sure if Ronny is the man to take us forward.
Oh, and the ref was totally at it.

Very lucky today. Two absolute sitters missed by ICT at 0-0. What was even more concerning was that (as per Scottish Cup semi final last year) on at least 3 occasions we were caught 1v1 at the back. Poor performances, loss of form etc can happen, but failing to learn from the most basic mistakes from the past is unacceptable.
In the end some clinical finishing gave us a 3-0 victory. Allan looked hungry when he came on and deserves a chance. Christie and Roberts likewise. Armstrong and Johansen both desperately poor, not even close to performing at the level that is required. Brown does not look anywhere near fit. Tierney again outstanding!
Happy with todays result but problems are ahead.

There’s always lots more to a game than can be captured in a post, but our first half performance needed only a handful of words in a text.
Second half started more brightly, but a too obvious GMS pass 30 yards from ICT’s goal allowed ICT to intercept, break beyond our only defender, and ought to have given them the lead.
Giffiths is starting to emerge. His first was clever, manufactured from his own wits, and gave us an advantage that was ill-deserved given the preceding 50-odd minutes of football.
Johansen and Armstrong offered little for the umpteenth time. I’m not giving up on Stuart, he’s a talented footballer, but he needs to find his game again.
Scott Allan, with one reverse pass to release Tierney, showed that he’s got more football in him than the two who are keeping him out of the side, although granted, there’s much more to the game than one trick.
Christie and Roberts brought us the sheer fun of the game. Each has a huge amount to learn yet, but what a contrast they provided to a first half that matched the weather for frigidity.
I clocked the time when Boyata misplaced his 4th pass of the afternoon. There was 1 minute and 18 seconds played. His skittishness seemed to be a symptom of a deeper issue with the Celtic team. So many going through the motions, so few wanting to play the game.
I don’t know what the future holds for Ronny Deila. It’s clear that the ideas he broughtto Celtic Park simply don’t work, and it’s been a long time watching on as no discernible progress has been made. Perhaps the ‘New Ronny’ game plan is built around real skill. We can’t pass our way round a packed defence, perhaps the new plan is to be able to beat them with sheer footballing magic.
We’ll see. I hope the second half of the second half today provided a glimpse of what’s in store. Time will tell.

Similar to last week, we were awful in the first half. In particularly the midfield 5 who to a man were poor. We couldn’t have complained had ICT went to the interval in front.
Second half a lot better, Bitton turned up and started to dominate the midfield, although Brown and Johansen were still poor. GMS, like last week, a lot better in second half. When the three subs came on we actually looked like an entertaining team to watch. Yes they made errors but they did whilst trying a piece of skill or a difficult through pass.
Leigh Griffiths continues to keep Ronny Deila in a job. Hopefully the cavalry has arrived to assist and the last 20 minutes suggests they might have. I just hope the manager picks the creative footballers we have ahead of the underperforming midfielders who have let him down time and again this season.

Celtic have been using the absence of Rangers to get youth in and develop that talent. We have also used this time to take a gamble on a talented coach and develop his skills. This is the best time to do this and the lowest risk. As a result, we should see the likes of Tierney, Christie, Roberts, Allen, Rogic, Nesbitt, Janko flourish next season, especially if we surround them with a couple of more experienced players.
Armstrong looks heavy legged – not sure if its the training or the position but he looks a different player. I hope we see the best of him next season. Biton needs to release the ball sooner but in the first half he was given very little options from johansen and armstrong – was different when the young ones came on.
Good signs in the second half – maybe the plan is coming together!

Well I told you all what the score would be at half time today. 3-0 and the Bhoys obliged. I was at the game but I’m still enjoying reading the insights from a number of posters who were also at the game. Very little to say about the first half which Caley dominated. Yogi knows how to set out a team and they try to play football on the deck.
We stepped up our pace in the second half and GMS and Leigh Griffiths took their chances well for the first two goals. I’m sure ICT must have been wondering how it all happened. They didn’t have the same edge to them and our subs got the crowd excited and played some great football. I think Scott Allan is a superb player and always excited when he gets the ball.
