    Pete

Since I will be in the Allianz Arena, I am praying for a Celtic win in Bavaria. :)

    ,…………………………………

I know you know so many want CELTIC to be STRONG.

    The jibber jabber frae earlier.

St Mirren fans have been nice to me. I need help as well.

  3. KEVJ…

Have to disagree with you,PSG were simply better than us.They done to us what we do to most of the teams in our league. We could’ve tried to hoof the ball out the park all night but we’d need to have the ball first.Sometimes there’s no mystery or conspiracy it’s just plain and simple, the better team wins. Not every defeat is the result of skullduggery or ulterior motives. When we pump teams in our league it’s because we have better players, that’s it.I don’t think Motherwell or Hamilton have a debate about whether their manager’s a phoney or their players aren’t cute enough, they just accept they’re not as good.

I think John McGin would’ve looked like a wee boy lost against them tonight. And Levein? You’re right we wouldn’t have lost 5 tonight if he was manager because we’d most likely have failed to qualify.A few not bad games at Dundee Utd doesn’t make him a top manager.

Half a billion against a few millon results in what we watched tonight. That’s why these clubs splash so much cash,it makes the difference.

    Go easy mo chara.

  4. Tontine Tim is Fantasticque.

St Mirren have Supporters that have helped me.

My two young cousins from Houston, Renfrewshire are Saint Mirren fans. One of them almost married Stephen Thompson from Houston. Saint Mirren fanatic but ex hun and now Sportscene pundit. I met him often when he was a DUFC player. Lovely bloke who supported Celtic in a European match, in my company. Pity he signed for them. :(

Bayern have a very weak BOSS.

Sandman look away now ya balloon. :-)

    Frustrating night for our Bhoys.

No embarrassment given the Atlantic Ocean wide gap in finances. Their stars did their job and played fast, slick one touch football. In the first half though we sat far to deep with little of any space between defence and midfield allowing them to defend too easily from the front. If you are playing that right you need to be on your best game and play first touch football to break out.

With Sinclair and Armstrong not being at their best there wasn’t any real drive out of midfield. Ton Rogic made a massive difference when he came on.

Some poor defending for goals. And never a pen from my view.

It wasn’t that long ago we were at the mercy of Europa qualifying so to be playing with the big guns can only be good for Brendan and the team. Anderlecht is our target with a wee surprise result against Bayern to keep us involved after Christmas. I just hope we don’t underestimate Anderlecht.

£30 million in the bag and milking the fans for every penny so competition in Scotland is further away than us getting a gimme to a better league or new league setup. I do hope something is afoot and with the share price inflation I imagine something is. Hopefully not EPL though. It’s the poorest league setup out of the Big gun leagues.

Can we join the Germans, Spanish or French? :-)

Hope the Bhoys don’t get too down after that and just take any positives they can from it. There aren’t many but hopefully they all see something in their own game and the team that they can take away and improve on.

    Hail! Hail!

    MWD

ps. The Sado Huns who couldn’t even Progres from their qualifier are hurting on here tonight. It’s laughable to see their obsession with us in Europe.

  8. Time for kip looking forward to the 23rd when we remind the Hun supporters (new team same scum followers) how shit they are. Hail Hail. Win Lose or Draw

  9. Watching Barca Juve.

Excellent goal from Messi after he carried the ball deep into the h art of the Juve defence, exchanged a 1-2 with Suaarez and shot just inside the post.

Juve Quick News in melt down.

  10. Baba

John McGinn is from my neck of the woods.

He went to school with my Godson who is also a current professional fitba player. Both of them adore Stuart Armstrong, their hero.

It’s why we sing our song, for Stuart Armstrong. Celtic Hero!

I enjoyed that. From the heart.

`Fraid I associate Italian refs with Rubentus.

Particularly where you`re playing against World Cup hosts Qatar.

Like the rest of yer kind.

    You’ll Float Too.

  13. DD…

Sorry if it seemed I was belittling John McGinn.I think he’s a talented player and could play at a higher level in the not too distant future but he’d have made little difference for us tonight.I was only responding to KevJ.

I’d not be too unhappy if John played for us one day although i’d prefer Rabiot. ;)

  14. Macjay

The Qatari Parisiens saw some favourable refereeing decisions tonight.

    They still outclassed us though.

    =================

No offence taken, big fella – you post some controversial but pertinent stuff on here.

Tonight accentuated more than ever before the financial chasm UEFA are nurturing betowee n the chosen 5 nations and the rest.

There is NO point is us trying to edge our way in to the closed shop – it makes more sense to take the rebel stanceb and side with the disenfranchised nations – that ARE in the majority.

Will be interesting times ahead now that the line is drawn in the sand and the results – like ours tonight – start making a mockery of the term ‘competition’.

  16. Baba

Wee John McGinn would do a job for us.

    Would he improve us??

Naw is my answer. Lovely lad fae a beautiful fenian family. :)

  17. G-t, they seemed to get every break of the ball…..

    ==========================================

No argument from me on that.

Nevertheless , I kind of go along with what Sandman said. They didn`t need the help I sensed they he provided.

Remember . Tonight , we were short of about three otherwise definite starters.

  19. Macjay

I was proud of our pups, against some European dogs of war tonight. Kieran and Anthony will have been educated so much tonight. PSG were brilliant. A joy to watch.

  20. DD – the word for some of their play last night was ‘telepathic’.

A phenomenal understanding exhibited by truly great players.

We don’t need to fret about spending x-amount here and there – a £5 million centre -half might have made it 0-4 on the night, not much elses.

As far as Europe is concerned, the financial gap is now so huge all we can do is focus on the long-game and place our trust in our own corporate sharks like PL to carry Celtic’s case for being included in whatever beneficial football revolution is required to make the sport truly competitive again.

As for here and now – I want TEN IN A ROW.

CL, and Europa, yes, as asides every year would be nice. But primarily – THE TEN.

To me and many others of my generation – and we KNOW this to be TRUTH – the TEN will kill the Huns.

The number will become so monumentally significant in the next few years that even Petec (:))) will revere its mention.

They – those ingrained mutant bigots who run Scottish society – simply cannot handle the TEN in a row achieved by the rebels’ representative sporting faculty.

Football remans so much of a pointed means of superiority to this society that their bitter souls will collapse inward when they realise their hopes built by decades, LIFETIMES, of corruption and cheating mean NOTHING now that the Tims have superceded all records and remain untouchable.

The day of our TEN – April/May 2012 sometime? – will be the apex of my Celtic football-supporting life; (eclipsing May ’98): ergo, motherf####ing lurking Huns- I will die a happy man thereafter, laughing my arse off as I go.

And now to sleep, perchance to dream…

See what I did there, epic Shakespearian afficianados?

    ‘Mon the Hoops…
