If the statement by Inverness chairman Kenny Cameron was utterly bizarre, St Mirren’s Stewart Gilmour explains so much about Scottish football. 10 days after Gilmour voted to refuse Sevco a parachute into the top flight of the game, he accused Scottish Football League clubs of doing damage to Scottish football by standing shoulder-to-shoulder with him in refusing to promote Sevco into an unearned higher league.
He told the Paisley Daily Express: “To be fair to Stewart Regan, the document he released last week was a good document.
“It set out changes to Scottish football that would bring in a fairer structure, fairer distribution system, fairer everything.
“Unfortunately, the people in the SFL have not bought into that. I just hope they realise the damage they have done to Scottish football.”
“The damage they have done to Scottish football”!
This guy is hilarious! ‘Do as I say, not as I do’ has never been more animated.

The statement from QoS is honest, cogent, coherent and logical.
In the end though they appear to have voted the wrong way albeit for the right reasons.
They did however get this bit spot on.
‘Granting Rangers an immediate place in the Third Division circumvents the lengthy admission process which our friends and neighbours at Annan were required to go through a few years ago. Real integrity would have been best served by Rangers sitting out the 2012/13 season and going through the proper tests and checks for admission in 2013/14.’
Just reading back at the RFFF minutes from 4th July. Nothing new but I couldn’t help thinking how pathetic this cameo role from Sandy Jardine was:
“Alan McGregor was the only one to call Sandy Jardine afterwards, with Jardine also mentioning ex Celtic PR man Peter McLean as being Steven Naismith’s agent.”
With all the problems they have, is the best they can come up with? I also liked:
“Malcolm Murray stated that the process for changing the name of Murray Park is underway.”
Is it going to be changed to Malcolm Murray Park? Again you have to question their priorities. It really is easy to have no sympathy for that lot.
Actually, RTC already has the best title: Unholy Mess.

……and you ask yourself why I said “oh, deeeeaar” when I saw him blessing himself VERY discreetly ……. The main point is, …..why did the act of him blessing himself cause me to be gobsmacked ……. Their policy has been well published, and is disgusting …….remember Boric, and the ow in Belfast forming their pathetic ‘circle’ at St Patrick’s RC Church……..good thing that was captured on camera, or you would be back at me…….HH

Less than 3 weeks to the start of OUR season, yet we still don’t know what day we play or what time we kick off. Saturday or Sunday? 12.30, 2pm or 3pm? Isn’t it about time Sky, ESPN and the SPL themselves update the fans who they NEED to attend these games with some news, rather than continuing to concern themselves with an ex football club?
new article posted.
Neil poker face Doncaster? Why not just call him Lady Ga Ga?? <:0))
