James Forrest’s injury in September happened three days before Jeremie Frimpong’s best performance of the season, in the home win against Hibs. I remember using the MVP acronym for Jeremie at the time. Team form until that point was patchy: wins with alarming defensive performances and an unmitigated disaster against Ferencvaros. The team shape was clearly wrong and pushing Jeremie forward in James absence seemed logical.
It was the first of many changes I wanted to see, each followed by a realisation that we were groping around in the darkness, until Ismaila Soro and David Turnbull became the central points of a midfield diamond. Having (hopefully) fixed the fundamental tactical problem, James return to full training offers Neil Lennon the flexibility he is denied on the right and enhances his option in the middle.
Ryan Christie is well short of his best form in a Celtic shirt but all of those best performances came when he played through the middle. He can cover for James and offer options on the right while giving the manager a different option when he wants to swap out David Turnbull in the 10 position.

CMcG is not the standard of player we should have down as a first team starter.
He is an effective AM with a one in four goal record.
However he is well of being a complete player of the standard we should be starting every week.
Plus he has been very poor this season — first 45 against the TFOD2 apartr.

Re the feedback about vaccine … Everything is for sale ! Morality and ethics ,open your eyes I predict that most EPL teams will have there players vaccinated before you and I. And I have no problems with football clubs buying it for there players if it keeps the games on !
Everybody has there in own view on it I suppose but I’d find it hard to believe if you could afford it and were offered it to buy that you would say no I will wait 6months to get if for free .

They never do in our favour.
Celtic are the victims of the hun bias and always have been, like I say though we, as a club, just meekly accept it. We deserve all we get for that.
as I mentioned earlier once the 10 is mathematically impossible , we will then get pens and opposition red cards when it doesn’t matter a hoot and only to even it out with them’s.
We have been so bad this season tbhat the TFOD2 could have stood down the Ludge MIB and they would still be top of the table.
However it is instructive to see the lengths the MIB will go to to make sure the TFOD2 win.
