Celtic hammered Newco 5-1 home and away last season, knocked them out both cups, won one other game and conceded a late equaliser, allowing Newco their only moment of (cough) glory last season.

We finished 39 points ahead of Newco (who were 33 points from bottom). As we set off for the summer, glowing after the first invincible treble in history, chairman of Newco, that complete muppet Dave King, told the assembled media, “In footballing terms I don’t think Celtic are as far ahead as they could have been – certainly with our new signings.”

The two 5-1 defeats now look like Python’s Black Knight losing his legs one at a time, but protesting they were little more than flesh wounds. Except Python was a parody, this guy is being serious!

So, Brendan, Peter, Dermot, get the finger out. These people don’t believe 5-1 is a substantial enough winning margin. When we pitch up at Ibrox on the weekend of 23/24 September, ‘go Medieval on their ass’ to borrow from Quentin.

    Jeez oh…those pallet stacks look immense …..they certainly do billy its taken us ages to build ive saved a fortune pittin my benefit money away……..ma maw wanted tae buy me leggo sets when a wis wee but a wanted a floot tae play in the bauns when a got bigger. looking back I think if I had got a lego set this job wid huv been easier…….

    Given that Celtic are ‘a church open to all’, and with Sevco’s recent signings (all those Mexicans and Portugese), is it now okay to refer to Sevco as ‘glasgow’s Catholic team’?

    I have several friends who have moved there … and so, have gone through the papers a few times (albeit a few yaers ago) …

     

     

    typically, it should be okay …as long as the marriage is bona fide (not for the purposes of getting his papers) … his wife would have to apply for him…. but, usually and unless there are other problems (e.g., a criminal record), this type of application is routinely granted. see the attached, for a bit more information

    TET …. Celt45’s advice to have immigration counsel assist is sound .. . I haven’t dealt with this in a few years, but even then counsel were involved …. and nowadays in the good old US of Trump, it probably would be worth the investment.

    If, as reported, MASH have sold their shares then there will be nothing to stop the gullibles (or Directors for that matter) from buying new shares in SEVCO as this will tip the balance to Kings board over the 51%.

     

     

    They will be able to convert existing “soft” loans into shares and so on in future.
