I’d imagine Griff will be kept apart from the team after his party, can’t be too careful.

    Good line up,

Awe naw, I thought last week’s Sky coverage was too good to be true.

Back to Boyd and Mc Fadden😩

  4. Lurkin, Griff is injured.

Watched a bit of the sevco game and saints are not interested in going up the park, they did manage to score an own goal though, der hun will score 3 or 4 today.

Boyd trying to argue that the sheep’s next two games should be cancelled. No one looks like they understand his logic, neither does he himself😵😱😵

Would have liked to see a 3-5-2 today. Our best football was played under that system, so can’t see a reason to go back to 4-2-3-1. Plus, think Eddy and Klimala would work well.

Very thin on the ground in terms of attacking options. Only 1 striker (Klimala) and 1 winger (Dembele) on the bench. Given MJ’s recurrent injury problems and Shved being overlooked, we definitely need another winger this window.

One if not two strikers required, with Bayo gone and Griff either unfit or injured; either way Griff is not dependable.

  9. I can see why some posters want two up top (I would as well) … but with Elyounoussi, Christie & Forrest behind Edouard … Taylor and Frimpong on the wings I think it’s a pretty attacking line up …

will leave the tactics to Neil (for now :-)

  10. Suitably chastised but smiling as I watch Sky show some of Eddie’s goals⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

  11. My thoughts are that Edward will be offski during this transfer window and although we will buy at least one more striker our top scorer will be Griffiths, he has the ability and if he wants it enough he will be back to being a top striker that he is.

As a support we should back him.

I don’t think anyone can seriously think Celtic haven’t supported Griff with his mental illness. However it is a two way street – he needs to show a bit of responsibility.

No one wants to see Griff get the bobby mac, but for me he can’t be trusted.

Great footballer but too many chances for me,

I really do wish he proves me wrong.

    Mon the Saints. :)

  17. Leigh Griffiths will be scoring goals for Celtic for a number of seasons in the future … as for Edouard …. I think he will stay for at least this season … but if crazy money comes in for him Celtic have to also look after Celtic … and for all we know Edouards representatives might already have triggers in his contract … enjoy what we have and not worry about what we might not have :-)

  18. We would be crazy to sell Eddie in this depressed market.

Let’s give him a fat extension and the promise of a move post 10

Likewise … although he was in his own home and whether some like it or not family stuff goes on in these difficult times, I was told early doors about him returning “out of shape” was not a factor for the fitness team at lennoxtown …

9th August … Morelos first league goal of 2020 … Hugh Keevins states “that’s a predators goal” :-) :-) not sure what the predator has been doing the rest of the year
