Tough result for us today. Don’t think we deserve to be down in this game. One of those days. We didn’t create anything second half and lacked urgency through the middle. Would not have taken Vic off. Broonie had a poor second half and should have been pulled.

I think Danny Lennon done a great tactical job today. Our obsession with walking the ball into the net needs ditched pronto like. A wall of defensive players strung along the 18 yard line is enough to nullify us especially when clearly the match means more to the opposition. Where does this lofty attitude come from ? We are a good team in the making but far from the finished article.
Thats Ross County, Hertz, Killie and now St. Mirren that have done us at Hampden with almost the same team so we cannot put it down to the unexpected.
Damaging result today but well done to St. Mirren nobody to blame today but ourselves. We think we are better than we clearly are.
I do believe if it was Sant Mirreni that we were playing today we would have been more up for it.
Standing up for Danny Lennon he has taken some stick but plays the game on the grass and like Fenlon recently also has proven that he can set up his team in a well disciplined manner against Celtic if they score first.
Well done to the Buddies they showed they wanted it more and deserved their well earned win today.

Disagree that players haven’t put in a shift . Some players have bust a gut – Brown, Ledley Mulgrew. Lack of concentration has done us. Lack of concentration at all of their goals perhaps due to underestimating the opposition and lack of concentration in finishing chances. Treat every team the same and there would not be a problem

Well, we have been out fought, out thought and lost deservedly; much as it pains me to type that. They showed up and were ready for it. We were not. They also have a goalie and we didnae. Broonie is the only man in the team today.
