Delighted with the interest shown in this so far with 30 folk already taken the time to vote their 3 best performers from last night’s fantastic win against AIK.
A wee early change to how this will work (now that I see the level of interest). The period to cast your votes following any game we play will now be set at 10pm the following evening. Means I can then be consistent with that message rather than changing it to suit individual kick off times. So, if you’ve no yet participated please feel free to send a brief email to me at CQNPOTY@GMAIL.COM with the names of the 3 players who you were most pleased with last night. Not in any order, just 3 names.

can’t wait to play the buns in the midden. Very seldom have I seen such a free scoring Celtic team go to greyskull, even when the first rangers had a tax free team. Don’t change the formula Lenny. Go for the jugular. Cannot understand why so many CQN ers would “take a draw now” when we can hammer thems. It is the hope that kills them, not the fear from our own. Stand up for the treble treble winners. Mon the hoops.
Chris Sutton is and always has been a grumpy sod. However, it’s very unfair to say “he sold his soul” simply because he was being slightly negative about Celtic.
He’s always been brutally honest about our side and some might not want to hear that but he often defends us as a club and sticks up for Scottish football while having a pop at “the other lot”.
We don’t have many friends in the media but Chris Sutton is definitely on our side…
If we get Greg Taylor in for the end of the window I can settle for that and move on.
A few obsevations from me for what it’s worth….
Chris Sutton is an excellent pundit and calls it as he see’s it.
Celtic have just completed their pound for pound best aggregate performance in moons.
We have a few worries at the back for sure, no hiding that
But we also have the best four players in Scotland by a country mile Eduard,Forrest,Christie,McGregor
[All four would walk into a decent English premiership team]
The flares lighters are a disgrace to our club,sick of it just sick of it.
The treatment of our supporters last night by the swedish official thugs was the most disgraceful footage I have ever seen.UEFA should act alright and the Swedish team should be busy apologising for the common assaults dished out.
The country has gone ‘equality’ crazy.Woman are taking men to court for smiling at them and making them feel uncomfortable 10 years ago.
Yet visiting Scottish tourist behaving themselves completely at a football match are subject to horrific beatings?
How can this be right?
By all means the idiots who let of the flares should have been rounded up [if poss] and chucked out.
But all i have seen from the clips are 100% innocent fans getting battered by thugs for no reason.
Celtic fc better stand up big style for those supporters and take this to the next level.

From the available footage it looks like the Celtic support faced an unprovoked attack last night from Swedish Plod. Disgraceful.
However you can be sure UEFA will not entertain any mitigation on our behalf, because they are corrupt, and will look to hammer Celtic financially, to top up their executives slush fund. That is the fact of the matter.
How any Celtic supporter can wilfully worsen an already bad situation for our club, by deliberately lighting flares at the game, knowing full well there will be consequences for the club, is completely beyond my Ken.
Well done idiots. You have cost our club money (Invoice in the post no doubt) and tarnished our reputation within football, and indeed within the wider population., but you just carry on with your childish attitude and actions. F*ds. 🤬😡

I always prefer that we go into these games with a bit of adversity. I think…..we react better to it than thems do.
Ajer will be a miss no doubt – Does the new Bhoy Bauer slot in, in his place? might make him an instant hero or the required escaped goat – who knows……certainly not me.
Them will be aw pumped up, bumptious and obnoxious. A win and we really set them back on thur worn-oot heels.

Re.defence. I think they are being exposed a bit by the midfield , as it looks as if we are playing with 4 forwards
and only 2 midfield players at times. But if we continue to score plenty of goals, long may it continue

My friends in Celtic,
Make no mistake, playing the huns at Grayskull will be an intimidating fixture. A result there would be oh so sweet, but undoubtedly we will have to work for it.
They are unbeaten this season and they are buoyant.
That is not being negative it is factual.
We are only a couple of players from being a really good team, but our deficiencies are clear to all.
Play to our optimum and we will win. Do not get involved in any stupid spats with the opposition or the referee, it only weakens our concentration.
Our four amigos are better than all the rest and I feel we will demonstrate that.
It might of escaped the media’s attention but that was a barnstorming result away from home that will give us soooooooo much confidence.
We should lavish praise on our team ( and management ) for this outstanding win while confidently preparing for the next journey.
Yes of course we need to strengthen but at this moment in time our positives outweigh the negatives. I hope and trust our blog will reflect that.

That was a damn good result AWAY from home last night. All the players and manager deserve praise. AIK were a physical (and dirty) side and looked dangerous on some occasions and we dealt with them no problem.
I am still scratching my head over the Cluj result after seeing us see off AIK home and away. What on earth was Neil thinking about playing that line-up v Cluj at home?

Great result last night.
I’m confident we will win on Sunday and certainly don’t think we will get beat.
Even if we did it really is just 3 points despite the nonsense surrounding this fixture.
Last night was far more important in terms of the long season ahead.
To me Lenny is doing the exact same job in rebuilding the squad that he did first time round and just like then I am impressed with what I’m seeing.
The difference this time is he has a better squad to start with and is being backed more by the board. The defence will take time to rebuild.

Personally I would drop Broonie for Ayebrokes and play CalMac in that role with Ntcham in midfield. I’d also prefer to see Bitton in midfield but we are short defensively.
Is Jozo injured or has Peter Lawwell had him encased in polystyrene for selling before the window closes?
