I was never a lover of big Nir but he has been playing well and as MM says maybe just maybe he thought oh oh I need to stop this Rancid wee cheat of a Hun United player getti g in on goal.
The fact that Nir has been contributing of late allows me to cut him some slack.
We would have won that game with 9 outfield players as united never came to attack.

McGregor is jut ONE of the Hun RATBAGS that will CHEAT at the drop of a hat in any game ( Maybe HE Dropped the Hat).
He is also a Feckin COWARD and has NO HESITATION in sticking the Boot in on opposing players either on the ball or off it ( Remember him Kicking out on Kris Ajer , is just ONE Example ?) He also did a KARATE Kick on a Hibs player at Ipox AFTER he had launched the ball upfield and was rightly sent off….as the BALL was about 30/40 yards away.
Even the Hun fans couldnt defend him on that one.
Ive Posted before on here that he needs watching at all times, as he will also ” Waste Time” at EVERY goal Kick, especially when playing Celtic and the Huns are winning and/or when we are DRWING with the Huns during the game.
He and some others COULDNT WAIT to get out of Ipox when the Huns were liquidated…so much for his ” LOYALITY” to the Huns.
If he behaved the way he does ON the Pitch, while OFF the Pitch and in the street, he would be getting beaten up every week.

I think the big Greek is lacking a bit of confidence at the moment
He is doing a lot of things right, he never hides and is always round
about the penalty area when crosses come in
Just at the moment his control is letting him down and nothing sticks to him
meaning his second touch is usually a free kick given away
Hope it comes as he always gives 100%

You’re right MM he did take one for the team – that was the first yellow card – but the other one, the second, was a “rush tae the heid”, totally unnecessary. Unfortunately he’s got that in his game. I like him in the midfield which is his preferred position.He will be missed on Wednesday. No evidence that JMcC is ready to replace him. Hope Rogic and Maeeda against all odds manage to start.I don’t feel confident without them. But of course all is speculation. Could GG actually play a blinder? We have Jota and Abada and O’Riley and Hatate and perhaps Ralston to supply him.But if he doesn’t score then the goal has to come from elsewhere. I’m sure they’ll be marking Abada and Jota closely and vigorously. So far our product from set pieces seems to be zero and I don’t see that changing any time soon unfortunately. If we have our full first choice team it would be a cake walk but now, it will be nail biting stuff. May the good guys (in green and white) win.

Who will play in place of Bitton on Wednesday? Soro or Mccarthy or the impressive new boy O’Riley (he can play for Denmark, I think)? Delighted to get that late goal, not least because there was about to be a huge roar of booing (does my nut in). I guess there’s a very slight chance that Rogic and or Maeda could make the squad, although not ideal. Still, confident about Wednesday irrespective of who plays, as this team are showing to have some bottle and no lack of effort.

From what I have seen so far…I think we have a real GEM in young Matt O’Riley.
He SHOULD have scored with his 1st half chance, and he was unlucky with his 2nd half header that brought a great save from Dundee Utds Goalie.
Matt O’Riley has a good Fitba Brain…plus he appears to enjoy getting himself in the oppositions Penalty Box.

Not Bitton got himself sent off not the referee,fed up on here it’s always the refs fault when decisions go against us ,give it a rest ,as for Wednesdays game against Sevco ,again some on here saying what we’re going to do to them,utter garbage,I’m long enough in the tooth how these games pan out ,so I take nothing for granted ,so the old proverb is never count your chickens till they hatch ☘️☘️

Maybe we are too keen to see someone else in the holding role on Wednesday. He’s an experienced player. Maybe his chance to show his worth and allow hatate and O’Riley to shine.
