A truly special day in Paradise, the sort of day that only Celtic seem able to create.
A wonderful tribute from Brendan to several deserving recipients but I was especially pleased to see Kris Commons being given a proportionate and fitting send off.

Much appreciated, but I want the wee blade to enjoy just being a Celtic fan, obviously not like her Dad dogging the train to Carntyne (not Bellgrove) spending his couple of 50ps on badges instead of pies, then a wee lift over and going home in the “luggage” part of Phil Coles bus …. Memories nobody could ever buy……. I have told her we will go the Forge then Mickey D’s before Celtic park (if we get tickets) BUT the most important thing is she has to want to go………

I was behind the goal on the west terracing to get a good view of Willie Wallaces two cracking strikes that effectivly put Celtic into the final . A hero forever.
The first time i saw wee Paddy play at Paradise last season, it was at home to Dundee. All i can say is it was love at first sight. I knew within 5 minutes the 18 month loan would end this way. Watching him and KT stroll around Paradise today is the most heartening thing you will see on a football pitch.

A 100 year old woman was introduced to the support at Celtic Park today. Nir Bitton`s five month old baby was also introduced to the support at Celtic Park today. They have each witnessed an invincible season in Scotland only once in their respective lives.
