    Our “centre forward” taking corners. I think he is quite good at them. They are varied and don’t often “hit the first defender”. Compare with Motherwell’s corners.

     

     

    And. Griff takes them when he plays. Strange. But that’s the way it is. Almost as if the best deadball striker is destined to take the corners.

    My one wee worry, the goalie didnt fill his goal the way FF or Gorodon did, he seemed almost small.

    SAINT STIVS – was saying virtually the same thing to WeeBGFC earlier. The goalie looked bigger in his YouTube videos before we bought him – I think he’s shrunk.

     

    Actually, then saw him next to Julien in the second half and they are about the same size!

     

     

    Wierd – he’s an optical illusion.

    Sometime back in the 90s we had a sales director who when things were getting testy between the field and development would trot out his “Revenues will cure all ills” phrase.

     

    It seems that it doesn’t apply to wins and points on here.

     

    It would be nice for some on here to hold up their hands and apologise for their OTT criticism for Neil’s team selection today.

     

    Note that for first 45 we scored once without a recognized striker.

     

    And that for the second 45 we scored once with one striker on for all of it and a second for part of it.

     

    A wee bit recognition that Neil knows a wee bit more about the game and his players than the rest of us do.

    We looks far better when 352 is deployed. 2 up top makes sure there is a target to hit which is great for wide players and midfield runners too.

     

     

    Jerry’s pace and direct style of play is a mare for other teams to defend.

     

     

    Brown looked off the again today. Enyannousi (spelling) does not have the pace to play out wide.

     

     

    Reckon ntcham and ajer have played their last game for celtic and will follow rogic out the door.

     

     

    Hope we can get a centreback and left wingback in the door during international break.

    Yes we did but I wouldn’t disparage our current crop of players. Like everyone else I love watching them. I think we have some fabulous players. We saw two of them today create something wonderful for the first goal, Callum and Jamesie. A great pass from Ntcham into Calum who didn’t control it and a wonderful pass from Ajer to help set up the third goal. Hopefully, Young Frimpersvwill keep us entertained for a few years. The Lions were in a different era but they set high standards and I think those who run the club should continue to set high standards and try to realise the ambition of fans who want to see the Club make all it can of itself. The fans and the Board: Lions led by donkeys.

    If we don’t win the 10 I won’t see it in what’s left of my lifetime.

     

     

    Is it selfish of me to want to see the 10 now?

     

     

    We are so close………………but do we have the management team or the board to see it through?

     

     

    Biased refereeing we never complain about, Poor signings, (who signs these players?) unbelivable team selections and substitutions

     

     

    .(whose fault are they?)

     

     

    A manager who says the players are shite then next day says they are not?

     

     

    I find the whole situation almost bewildering!

     

     

    We, Celtic Football Club, are a well run business, but the football division needs help.

     

     

    So, how about it?

    We had surprise visitors today around 3 O’clock (drat)

     

     

    Anyway my good lady had spent hours prepping a chicken dish which had mair ingredients than I’ve hid hot dinners.

     

     

    So we will eat that tomorrow and hiv ordered an Indian!
