If ever you needed a reason to convince you to ignore the vast majority of transfer speculation which inflicts football fans from May until 30 August, the signing of Miku Fedor is a gift. I know the financial restrictions we are working under but I do see real potential in Russell and he fits the model we seemed to be working too. I felt with UCL qualification and the deck clearing we could have purchased some experience too that’s why I’m underwhelmed and why no more season books will be shifted on the back of that.

We have never had a better opportunity to roll with a small, highly skilled squad. Scott Brown being a prime example. I’d advise people getting money on us this season as our value is extremely high due to our relative unknown quantity.
We now have an amazing advantage over most clubs in the CL proper, we don’t have to worry about the domestic League.

Too true and it aint all bad, I’m just coming down from Wednesday’s high. Keeping the top players we have was crucial to our development, a real positive from the qualification but I would love to have seen us secure a couple of new signings to excite the extended fan base and shift more season tickets.

So, it looks to me like its a straight division between people who rate their dividend returns higher than success on the park.
