  1. Don’t think Efe was to blame for goal. What concerns me more is how poor Johansen has been this season so far.

timgreen …you are (i) welcome, and (ii) basically on the money. but there was some improvement in the first 30 minutes, so hopefully, that will continue in the second half, and going forward.

I would put money on the first yellow being shown to a Celtic player. Killie should have had 2 or 3 already for persistent fouling. JF will be black and blue.

  4. thomthethim for Oscar OK on

The dreadfully slow pitch has ground us down. The ball cannot be moved quickly and sticks when a player tries to run with it.

We finished the half trying to prevent injury .

I hope we get another goal and then shut the shop. It could get dangerous out there.

    Malmo won’t learn much tonight.

  5. Only the Killie goal keeper has stood between us and a few goals.

    He and the post.

There’s no need to be depressed.

not at all….we should have it finished already but as usual we have been a bit sloppy at times and not converted the chances we have created.

Very open game and killie are getting their chances as well and have just stuck one of them away right at half time

  7. Big Georges Fan Club - Hail, Hail, Wee Oscar on

See Efe getting it. It was GMS who never tackled / tracked / Lizzy never got a tackle in / VVD never got a block in – but all thats Efe’s fault. Aye right!

  8. Janko should be given right back spot with Fisher in reserve.

    Lustig in central defender mix.

Still worry of our poor final third play leading to goal scoring struggles

  9. Not sure if some of the players were going through the motions but we seemed to switch off defensively on a number of occasions during that first half. Can’t remember Johansen, Rogic or Biton breaking up any attacks. Defensively the midfield has been non existent tonight & you could see the danger signs before they scored. Having said that our wastefulness in the final third has been the main issue (not just tonight) & instead of improving this aspect of our game it seems to be getting worse. Surely we can coach our guys to make better decisions & become more ruthless in front of goal? No doubts we’ll continue to make more chances in the second half but against better opposition, we can’t afford to mess up so many of these dangerous attacking situations.

  10. Thought Ronny had learned a lesson this season , playing weakened team against ‘ weaker’ opposition can costs points , get the 3pts and next please.

Another clogger takes out GMS. Nothing doing. Guess we should be happy to at least get the foul eh?

    It’s an Efeigie witchiny now

That was a decent goal and we have guys up front not finishing may missing chances !!!

Game should be out of sight from

    Killie by now

Goals get lost when you don’t convert and gives the opponent hope

We will maulicate them 2nd half

  13. You are right Mike in Toronto. A quick coupla goals will help me settle. I have a whole pound on 5-1 BTW. Also love Toronto BTW.

  14. We started well but took our foot off the gas and Killie to their credit found away back into the game.

I thought we lost our shape halfway through and allowed them too much of the ball.

Emilio has to do more to prevent the cross and big Effie gets caught in that position far too often.

Looking for a high tempo start, and above all 3 points

  15. I fear for Celtic in Malmo

They are on an upward trajectory …..

Our Conservative board are racing to the bottom to welcome the Huns

We are drawing at half time against an Orange Ludge team from Ayrshire ffs….
