    In previous years we have been able to scout and sign players like Wanyama who could really make a difference at the higher level.

     

    We need a serious look at our recruitment.

    You have to admire the energy of the board glee club and the happy clappers — still coming up with excuses as we fall to bits.

     

     

    We were honking last season apart from the Sheep away and 45 mins against Hertz at home.

     

    TFOD2.1 don’t count as they were having a nervous breakdown every time they saw SB.

     

     

    Big changes needed.

    Having Benkovich, Ajer & Brown fit would have made us much more resilient imo.

     

     

    A better set up system would be helpful and make us harder to beat.

     

    Having players available is only part of the problem.

    A slightly stronger Rangers and a noticeably weaker Celtic . That’s what makes Rangers seem stronger than they are.

    The only way we would not do TIAR was if we self-destruct.

     

     

    We are trying our best to do just that.

     

     

    From the board to the management to the players to the fans. I won’t count the recruitment as I regard them as a waste of space.

     

     

    We all knew the entire scottish football establishment (SFA, SPFL & refs), the smsm and all the other teams were up for stopping us and we never prepared.

     

     

    So so fuckin stupid.

    Ok…I obviously didnt see the Huns game …cos I cant stand to watch the filth….but I cant help thinking if we went 2-1 up against any team Europe or domestic…we would be back to the wall defending for the last couple of minutes,,,,not pressing for another goal……why is our footballing philosophy like this now with a manager who idolised Tommy Burns. Please spare me the Brendan hasnt been backed when Honey G has a team of journeymen running through walls for him!

    The gulf in class between Salzburg and Vienna is astonishingly enormous.

    With respect,more to do with the opposition than the Vienna teams.

     

    Pains me to say it but the huns blew them away playing like Celtic.

    Griffiths is another, who in my view puts in little effort

     

    On Sat at least 4 times he was still in an offside position when we were breaking forward, offside fro my the previous move

    Meltdown on here.They were s joy to watch.They have not lost there in 48 games.They went out to penalties in the semis last year.Just won a record 9 games in a row.Been together for a couple of years.Had their full team out tonight.

     

    Just what did you expect.Broony Benkovic,Ajer all out.Would not have been 3-1if Broony and Benkovic had played.We cant afford to miss class.

     

    Brendan has to sort out the forwards.The 2 strikers cant play together,at the moment,at least.

    sad thing to say but sevco are better in europe than us

     

     

    They are organised, have a plan, play to their player’s strengths and have had a relatively easy run of games.

     

    We are shambolic in every area of the pitch, trying to implement a manager’s vision with players incapable of doing so. Salzburg are the best team we will face this season. A team that we should be aspiring to, said this 4 years ago after they beat us 3-1 at CP, but the will is not there at Celtic to progress. Our club is happy with mediocrity, mediocrity that will keep our noses in front domestically but no more. And that will eventually end, stop pushing to improve and you will regress and others will catch you.

    I agree that injuries to key players has not helped but neither has a complete and baffling loss of form by Ntcham and Edouard . Almost of Sinclair proportions.

    I only saw the first 30 minutes, will watch the rest later. However I had little expectation of a away win on this one, they are at home on a good run and previous EL semifinal guys. Jings a draw would have been exceptional.

    We just won seven in a row , but that is perceived as just not good enough because the game isn`t over . For some .

     

    We can`t celebrate seven , because the game finishes at ten . Anything less is failure.

     

     

    Brendan . Six domestic trophies in a row. Not good enough for some .

     

    I am confident in Brendan and in his ability .
