What chance the SFA will be able to act without fear now? I don’t imply they will act without favour, but do you believe SFA panellists can act without fear? Anyone who participates in Rangers appeal process and upholds their punishment will act despite fear.
This process, one of the most important the SFA has dealt with in years, has been subverted, and that calls for a far greater sanction that any already imposed.

Barcabhoy’s post on RTC is exactly the kind of thing I need when I am getting pished off listening to the Hun apologists in the media. As they attempt to deflect and deny, and as they muddy the waters and point the finger anywhere but at themselves I get annoyed, angry and concerned for justice and the future.
Then, once in a while, someone posts a few sentences that remind me exactly where we are in the state of play. The Huns are screwed beyond hope and salvation.

My only sympathy for Rangers, and this is really the only piece of sympathy I have for Admin FC is summed up perfectly in Barcabhoy’s final sentence.
The ‘enterprise’ culture that creates businessmen today, people are encouraged to dodge creditors time and again with little or in many cases no penalty by the prevailing laws of the period.
Directors are allowed to liquidate businesses time after time. such that surely after a period of years, these directors will become sociopaths, psychopaths or schizophrenics even if they were altruistic people when they began their journey.
