I wasnt sure what the plan was. Cousin organised a seat on the supporters bus from Falkirk for us both and thats the pub they go to afterwards. It was only when I got there that i knew i was going there if you know what I mean.
Anyway you wouldn’t have enjoyed it.It was full of drunken jolly green japesters talking nonsense and singing along out of key to various ditties. ??

After meeting a pal to give him a cup final ticket on Friday which turned into a five hour session, corporate hospitality at Hampden yesterday and Firhill for the play off final today, including pre and post match drinks in the West End, I feel like a burst baw. Getting too old for three days in a row!!

Solid defensively but very limited going forward. Don’t think their stay in Premiership will be long. They’re probably worse than Ross County and were fortunate Thistle were so bad.

Mrs Bateen was working yesterday. The ward was quiet, so the staff were going to be having a wee wedding party with the patients who were there. Texted me to ask if i had seen any of the wedding. I told here all the TV’s in the house were broken until Celtic o’clock. She replied that it might be better than the wedding. I told her it might be better than anything else on tv for the rest of the year.
I was right ????

My nephew at Dumbarton played Livi four times this season. Hard tackling, long ball outfit. Was his description of them. The best player he played against last season by a country mile is a Celtic player. Chris and I cannot wait to see how two footed Lewis Morgan does in a Celtic shirt.

They are long ball. A couple of decent midfielders who play off the scraps (Pitman and Byrne) but they’ll be no great addition to the Premiership. St Mirren on the other hand will be. Good team, watched them several times this season and can’t work out if Lewis Morgan is left or right footed. Takes inswinger corners from both sides.
