Souness: loan was for work, makes interesting dates claim

496

Graeme Souness today told a Daily Record reporter that he received his EBT LOAN from Rangers because:

“I was doing work for Rangers.

“I was in between jobs. I was going to scout for Glasgow Rangers at that time”.

Payment in return for “doing work” is what this whole business is all about. Payment for “doing work” is taxable. It cannot be remunerated via a non-repayable loan.

Mr Souness was manager of Blackburn Rovers from 14 March 2000 until 6 September 2004.

As Blackburn manager, he signed Tugay from Rangers on 17 May 2001. He requested £30,000 from the Rangers EBT scheme five weeks later.

“In between jobs” Really? These dates make that an interesting claim.

On viewing the footage of Souness, my thoughts were that he knew fine well who the recipient of the largest EBT was, and was happy to turn the media microscope on Bader.

Media microscope is too haughty a term for the smsm, but you know what I mean. Great to think that these two (Bader and Souness) are now willing to publicly rip each other apart.

    Yeah it is a thing.

Kerma is an acronym for “kinetic energy released per unit mass”, defined as the sum of the initial kinetic energies of all the charged particles liberated by uncharged ionizing radiation (i.e., indirectly ionizing radiation such as photons and neutrons) in a sample of matter, divided by the mass of the sample.

  9. Eireann, you will probably find a Specialist nurse who will go through your treatment with you. They usually work closely with whoever your consultant is. The chemo itself will be matched to your specific condition. Each time you attend you will get a blood test which indicates to the consultant how you are doing re white blood cells, glucose readings and the rest.

That said,if you wish to get in touch then P67 will give you my email. However, tonight you are in my Padre Pio prayers. A great man for times like this.

    Godbless.

AULDHEID@9:06 – I understand all you say and have always supported the right of resolution to be raised at the AGM and, i hope there is a successful conclusion reached, whether on a stand alone basis, or, as part of a bigger investigation, after a postive Supreme Court decision.

My postings do not represent opposition to your, or your colleagues aims, rather what has always ‘bugged’ me is that some on here have ‘jumped on the bandwagon’ and used it as a reason to traduce the likes of Peter Lawwell and members of the board, with no credible evidence whatsoever.

An Tearmann, two of my pals were over at our game v Cliftonville in 1984 and told me it was a miracle no one was killed during or after the game. They said the RUC ran riot among the crowd .

Tonight’s game was more than likely a tame affair in comparison.

Thanks for asking about my rehabilitation, I’m fine mate. Still not fit enough to return to work, but fit enough to drag my erse to the homes games! Got a wee scare a few weeks back, during a routine check up they found a “papilloma” ah whit? A papilloma…for one minute I thought I had to run the Bulls in northern Spain or they’ve found the female chanter off the voice! Fortunately it’s benign growth on my larynx, but it was a long two weeks to get the results.
